DUMP S'MORES
No need to wait for a campfire-- you can make s'mores on a sheet pan at home. Even better, you can make a lot at once. Let it cool, then break it up for snacks, a bake sale or easy weeknight dessert.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a 18-by-13-inch baking sheet lightly with nonstick cooking spray.
- Place the graham crackers on the baking sheet so they are touching each other. Top with the chocolate and marshmallows. Bake, turning the baking sheet once about halfway through the cooking time, until the marshmallows are puffed and golden all over, about 15 minutes.
- Remove and let cool for 5 minutes, then gently push down on the marshmallows to help the chocolate adhere to the graham crackers. Let cool completely, then break the s'mores into pieces. The s'mores can be stored in an airtight container with parchment paper between the layers for up to 5 days.

- Break the graham cracker in half. Sandwich the chocolate between the cracker and the hot marshmallow. Allow the marshmallow to cool a moment before eating.

EASY LOW FAT S'MORES (SMORES)
If you're on a low fat diet and have a sweet tooth, this might curve your cravings. I ate this while I was on a diet (every once and a while..IN MODERATION!). It's not as good as the orgional (of course), but it has all the "S'mores components." Only down side, it may have a lot of sugar (carbs). But I hope you enjoy nonetheless. Oh, and feel free to add more or less marshmallow or chocolate syrup if you want. (P.S.- this snack is MESSY).

Steps:
- Roast marshmallows over open flame (or you can break a full graham cracker sheet in half, place 1 marshmallow on top of it, and put it in the middle of the microwave for 15 seconds, skip to step three if you used the microwave).
- Break a full graham cracker sheet in half and place a roasted marshmallow on top.
- Drizzle desired amount of Hersey's chocolate syrup on top of the roasted marshmallow.
- Sandwich with the other half of the graham cracker sheet.
- Enjoy in moderation! :-D.

EASY GRILLED S'MORES
These S'Mores couldn't be easier to make but the best part is they taste like a gourmet treat. I got this from a Kraft Magazine.

Steps:
- Top 4 graham crackers with 1 Tablespoon of chocolate and 1 Tablespoon of marshmallow creme then place an additional graham cracker on top.
- Center each S'More on 12 x 8 inch sheet of heavy-duty aluminum foil. Bring up foil sides. Double fold top and ends to seal packets, leaving room for heat circulation inside.
- Place on medium hot grill; cover. Grill 4 to 5 minutes or until marshallows are melted.
