APPLE BREAD
I am lucky enough to live in a small community whose school district still allows us to send home-baked goods with our children. My daughter is in 7th grade now, but her classmates still beg her to have her mom send this special treat. It's a beautiful quick bread your family, friends, and all the neighbor children will love.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Prepare 2 loaf pans (8 1/2x4 1/2-inch loaf pans) with cooking spray.
- Mix flour, baking soda, salt, walnuts, and apples in a large bowl. Whisk oil, sugar, eggs, and cinnamon together in a small bowl; add to flour mixture and mix until just moistened. Evenly divide mixture between prepared loaf pans.
- Bake in preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 90 minutes. Cool in the pans for 10 minutes before removing to cool completely on a wire rack.

EASY FALL FAVORITE APPLE BREAD
I took an apple bread recipe and have slowly modified it hoping for a slightly healthier version. My kids love eating this bread and it's fantastic slightly warm with a bit of real butter. Mmm Mmm!! I love how quick and easy this is to make too!

Steps:
- 1. grease loaf pan (I used butter Pam) In medium mixing bowl combine the flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and nutmeg; set aside.
- 2. In another mixing bowl combine sugar, diced apple, applesauce, and egg; mix well. Add dry mixture to apple mixture. Stir just till moistened, batter should be lumpy.
- 3. Spoon batter into prepared pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 55 to 60 minutes or till a toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool the pan on a wire rack for 10 minutes. Remove loaf from pan. Cool completely on wire rack.
- My oven seems to cook quicker and my bread ends up being ready after 50 minutes. Depending on your oven you might want to keep your eye on it a little earlier.

- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour an 8 x 5 inch loaf pan or line with parchment paper. Set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk together brown sugar and cinnamon and set aside.
- Whisk eggs and granulated sugar together in a large mixing bowl.
- Whisk in melted butter and vanilla extract until thoroughly combined.
- Stir in all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt just until combined. The batter will be very thick. Fold in chopped apples.
- Add half of the batter to the prepared loaf pan. Sprinkle about three quarters of the brown sugar mixture on top of the batter.
- Spread the remaining batter carefully on top of the brown sugar mixture. Sprinkle remaining brown sugar mixture on top and use a knife or spoon to gently swirl it into the top layer.
- Bake for 35 to 45 minutes or until lightly golden on top and an inserted toothpick comes out clean or with just a few moist crumbs. (If bread is browning too quickly, tent with foil for the last 10 to 15 minutes.)
- Let bread cool completely before slicing and serving.

APPLE FRITTER BREAD
Apple Fritter Bread is an easy pull-apart bread recipe made with cinnamon rolls and apples. This is the perfect fall breakfast or dessert recipe.

- Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray an 8x4-inch bread pan with nonstick cooking spray (I like using the kind with flour in it).
- Open the tube of cinnamon rolls. Set aside frosting for later. Cut each roll in half horizontally.
- Place apples and water in a microwave safe bowl. Cook 2-3 minutes on high, or until the apples have softened slightly. Drain very well.
- Stir brown sugar and cinnamon into the apples.
- To assemble the bread: place one slice of cinnamon roll on flat surface. Top with some of the apple mixture. Top with another cinnamon roll slice. Continue until all slices and apples are used. Carefully place in prepared pan.
- Bake 30-40 minutes, or until cinnamon rolls are browned and bread is cooked through. Cool slightly then pour frosting over the top.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
