Edible cookie dough is a great way to enjoy a raw cookie dough without eggs. This is a quick treat that kids will love and as this dessert recipe is no bake, is super simple as well. By combining a variety of traditional cookie dough ingredients, without eggs, the dough becomes soft and delicious. Just adding chocolate chip cookies or M&Ms and WOW! This edible cookie dough is meant to be eaten by the forkful, spoonful, and bowl full. Steps:
- In first bowl, add dry ingredients including heat treated flour, all sugars, baking soda and baking powder in a bowl and mix well.
- In a second bowl, add butter, milk and vanilla and beat together on low. This is easier if butter is softened.
- Combine dry and wet ingredients together and combine with a mixer on low until dough forms.
- Dough will seem crumbly at first and then come together.
- Stop beating when the mixer looks like cookie dough.
- Using a spatula, fold in bits of favorite candies.
- Serve edible cookie dough with spoons, cookies, or graham crackers!

Steps:
- In a medium size bowl, using a mixer, cream together the butter and sugars. Then add the milk and vanilla.
- Add the flour and salt and pulse on low. Do not over mix. If the dough is too sticky, add an extra 1/2 Tablespoon flour. If it's too dry, add an extra 1/2 Tablespoon of milk. Once the dough is your desired consistency, stir in about 1/3-1/2 cup of desired mix-in's.
- If you'd like to roll the cookie dough into balls, refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes first. Then use a small cookie scoop and roll into 12 balls.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.

- Beat the butter and sugar together, preferably in a mixer. Add the vanilla, ½ tsp salt and the flour, then mix until it looks like breadcrumbs. Keep mixing as you add the milk until it comes together to form a dough. Eat as it is or try one of these flavourings:
- Salted caramel dough: Add 1 tbsp dulce de leche, ½ tsp salt and a handful of dark chocolate chips to the dough and mix well.
- S'more cookie dough: Add 1 tbsp chocolate hazelnut spread, 2 crumbled digestive biscuits, and some mini marshmallows.
- Apple & cinnamon dough: Add some little chunks of dried apple and a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar (1 tsp cinnamon mixed with 1 tbsp soft brown sugar).
- Peanut heaven dough: Add 1 tbsp peanut butter and a handful of sugar-coated chocolate peanuts.
