Steps:
- Mix Butter, Sugar, Eggs and Vinalla really well.
- Add Salt, Baking soda, and Flour and Mix well.
- Chill over night if you want. if you do that, you don't need to put the extra flour inches.
- Roll out and cut out with cookie cutters.
- Bake at 350* for 10min.

This is another ex MIL recipe. I like the hint of lemon that makes these cookies different than most. And they don't taste like paste!

Steps:
- 1. Divide dough into 4 pieces. Wrap in waxed paper and chill 2 or more hours.
- 2. Roll one portion at a time to 1/4 or 1/8 thickness on a lightly floured board.
- 3. Cut out in your favorite shapes. Sprinkle with sugar decorations before baking.
- 4. Bake at 350 for about 10 minutes on an ungreased cookie sheet.
