DONNA'S DINNER
This is one of those recipes that, when you see it being made, you think, "I don't know about that..." My sister used to make this for herself when she came home from work (when she was 15!) and I thought it sounded awful...til I made it! Great for chilly days of fall and winter - makes a very filling meal. Try it - you might like it!

Steps:
- In a medium skillet, brown, rinse and drain ground beef.
- Prepare Ramen Noodle soup per directions on package, including adding the flavor packet.
- Melt Velveeta cheese into the soup (you can add more or less, depending on how much you like cheese - I tend to use a bit more).
- Stir beef into the soup/cheese mixture and add salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve it up and enjoy!

DONNA'S MEATLOAF
My friend Donna makes the best meatloaf ever. The amount of chili powder seems excessive, but it really tastes great. You can use 1 tbsp if you are fearful, but believe me - it tastes better with the amount given if you use Spice Islands brand. If your brand is very strong, cut the amount in half. Here is her recipe.

Steps:
- Mix creamed corn, eggs, chili powder, 1/2 cup ketchup, salt, pepper and bread together. Let sit while mixing meat, onion, tomato & bell pepper in large bowl.
- Add corn mixture to meat mixture.
- Form into a large rectangular mound, about 2 to 3 inches high on a baking sheet with sides, to avoid dripping in oven.
- Top with 3/4 cup ketchup.
- Bake at 350°F for 40-45 minutes, or until cooked through and lightly browned.

- 1. You really need to mix the sausage and hamburger well Mix and set in loaf pan Cook 1 & ¼ to 2 hours in oven at 350 degrees - be sure to place on a cookie sheet has the grease could overflow the edges of the loaf pan. Want to make sure cooked thoroughly because of the sausage. You will need to take this out about 1 hour into the cook time and drain off the fat.
TURKEY MEATLOAF
A tasty bread machine focaccia bread recipe with Italian herbs and Parmesan cheese.

- Heat the oil in a medium pan over medium heat. Saute the onion and red pepper together until soft. Add the minced garlic and cook for one minute. Set the mixture aside to cool.
- Heat your oven to 350 degrees F. Place the ground turkey in a medium bowl. Add the cooled onion and pepper mixture and all the other ingredients to the bowl.
- Using your clean hands, squeeze the ingredients together through your fingers until combined. Don't overdo it, or the meatloaf will be too dense.
- Place the mixture in a loaf pan. You can spread additional ketchup on top, if you prefer.
- Cook for approximately one hour, until the top of the meatloaf is nicely browned. I like to cook my meatloaf until the internal temperature is 175-180 degrees F.
- Let the meatloaf rest for about ten minutes before slicing.

CLASSIC MEATLOAF RECIPE
This Classic Meatloaf recipe was my dad's claim to fame, at least in our house! It's tender and juicy and has a uniquely delicious flavor. The brown sugar and ketchup glaze just puts this meatloaf over the top!

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9"x5" loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Combine meatloaf ingredients in a large bowl using your hands, just until combined. Do not overmix - The less you mess with it, the better it will be!
- Shape into a loaf and place into a loaf pan.
- In a small bowl combine 1/2 cup ketchup, brown sugar and mustard. Brush about 1/3 of the mixture over the top of the meatloaf.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, then pour remaining sauce over the meatloaf. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 15-25 minutes or until meatloaf is completely cooked through. Meat should register between 155 and 160 degrees F.
- Let stand for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving. Garnish with parsley if desired.

DONNA'S FAMILY MEATLOAF
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl mix ground beef, egg beaten slightly, chopped onion, salt & pepper, bread crumbs, stewed tomatoes, and tomato sauce together.
- In a baking pan, form into a loaf shape. Bake 350 for 50 minutes.
- Take out of oven and let stand for 5 or 10 minutes. Serve with beef gravy. Enjoy!

- 1. Mix 1st 8 ingredients together to form a loaf. Place in a loaf pan.
- 2. Pour tomato sauce over top and place bacon on top.
- 3. Cook at 350 for about an hour. Temperature in middle of loaf should be at least 160 degrees. Let sit for 15 minutes then slice.
- 4. Use leftovers for sandwiches the next day!
