4 chicken breasts
nonstick cooking spray
1 cup ketchup
1 (12 ounce) can diet cola (I hear diet orange soda works well also)

Steps:

Spray your pan with cooking spray.
Place chicken breasts in pan.
Brown lightly on each side.
Mix Ketchup and Diet Cola together.
Pour over chicken.
Cook for about 45 minutes or until chicken is tender.
Very Yummy! Oven degree?

Fry chicken in spray, add chopped onions and sprinkle over oxo.
Once chicken is almost cooked, mix 6tablespoons of passata with the diet coke and pour over the chicken
Add a dash of Worcestershire sauce and some five spice if you wish
Bring to the boil and simmer until sauces has thickened
Salad to serve.

Steps:

In a large wok or similar, heat the oil over medium heat for 1 minute, then add the chicken and garlic. Season with paprika and herbs, and cook for 10 minutes.
In a saucepan, combine the cola, stock and passata and cook on a high heat for 5 minutes, then add to the chicken.
Add the peppers and onions to the chicken, then cover and cook on a medium heat for 15 minutes.
Add the peas, sweetcorn and beans, bring to the boil and then cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
