DELUXE RANCH CHICKEN MACARONI CASSEROLE

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350ºF.
- Prepare Dinner as directed on package. Add all remaining ingredients except shredded cheese; mix well.
- Spoon into 8-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with shredded cheese.
- Bake 20 to 25 min. or until heated through.

DELUXE SOUR CREAM CHICKEN

Steps:
- Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain and set aside.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Place chicken in a 9x13 inch baking dish and cover each breast with 3 strips bacon. In a large bowl combine the soup, sour cream and mushrooms. Mix together and pour over chicken; spread out evenly.
- Cover baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes.
- 20 minutes before chicken is ready, bring 3 cups water to boil in a medium saucepan. Add rice and stir. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes. When chicken is ready, serve over hot cooked rice.

DELUXE HONEY PECAN CHICKEN SALAD
Another one of those recipes that I have to keep copies of on hand because I get so many requests for it. Great on croissants or with any type of cracker.

Steps:
- 1. Combine seasoned chicken, grapes, celery (if used) and pecans in a large bowl, set aside.
- 2. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, honey and poppy seeds in a small bowl to blend. Add to chicken mixture.
- 3. Toss well to coat. Serve over lettuce, or with your favorite bread or crackers.
- 4. Note: the original recipe doesn't call for celery. I add it when I want to change the taste up a bit and add a little more crunch. It's equally delicious either way. Another variation is to use dried cranberries in place of the grapes.

Steps:
- Cream butter with sugar in a large bowl& beat until light.
- Beat in eggs one at a time.
- Add vanilla.
- Sift together flour, baking powder& soda in a medium bowl.
- Add flour to butter mixture alternately with the sour cream in about 4 additions, beginning& ending with flour.
- Spoon half the batter into a buttered 8 inch baking dish.
- Combine brown sugar with nuts& cinnamon in a small bowl and sprinkle half on the batter.
- Top with remaining batter& sprinkle with rest of the brown sugar mixture.
- Bake in preheated 350F oven for 35- 40 minutes,or until the center springs back to the touch or a cake tester comes out clean.
- Let cool at least 10 minutes before serving.

DELUXE POTATO CASSEROLE - CROCK-POT
I've got rave reviews for this awesome potato side dish. Great for potlucks since it's done in a CrockPot. I have to give credit to "Best Loved Slow Cooker Recipes" Cookbook for this recipe. Add ham and green beans to make it a main dish.
