Deluxe Sour Cream Chicken Food

DELUXE RANCH CHICKEN MACARONI CASSEROLE

Steps:

• Heat oven to 350ºF.
• Prepare Dinner as directed on package. Add all remaining ingredients except shredded cheese; mix well.
• Spoon into 8-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with shredded cheese.
• Bake 20 to 25 min. or until heated through.

DELUXE SOUR CREAM CHICKEN

Steps:

• Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain and set aside.
• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
• Place chicken in a 9x13 inch baking dish and cover each breast with 3 strips bacon. In a large bowl combine the soup, sour cream and mushrooms. Mix together and pour over chicken; spread out evenly.
• Cover baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes.
• 20 minutes before chicken is ready, bring 3 cups water to boil in a medium saucepan. Add rice and stir. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes. When chicken is ready, serve over hot cooked rice.

DELUXE HONEY PECAN CHICKEN SALAD

Steps:

• 1. Combine seasoned chicken, grapes, celery (if used) and pecans in a large bowl, set aside.
• 2. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, honey and poppy seeds in a small bowl to blend. Add to chicken mixture.
• 3. Toss well to coat. Serve over lettuce, or with your favorite bread or crackers.
• 4. Note: the original recipe doesn't call for celery. I add it when I want to change the taste up a bit and add a little more crunch. It's equally delicious either way. Another variation is to use dried cranberries in place of the grapes.

SOUR CREAM COFFEE CAKE

Steps:

• Cream butter with sugar in a large bowl& beat until light.
• Beat in eggs one at a time.
• Add vanilla.
• Sift together flour, baking powder& soda in a medium bowl.
• Add flour to butter mixture alternately with the sour cream in about 4 additions, beginning& ending with flour.
• Spoon half the batter into a buttered 8 inch baking dish.
• Combine brown sugar with nuts& cinnamon in a small bowl and sprinkle half on the batter.
• Top with remaining batter& sprinkle with rest of the brown sugar mixture.
• Bake in preheated 350F oven for 35- 40 minutes,or until the center springs back to the touch or a cake tester comes out clean.
• Let cool at least 10 minutes before serving.

Steps:

• Combine soup, sour cream, onion, 1/4°C butter and salt in small bowl.
• Combine potatoes and cheese in CrockPot.
• Pour soup mixture over potato mixture.
• Sprinkle dry stuffing mix over potato mixture.
• Drizzle with remaining 3 T butter.
• Cover and cook on LOW 8-10 hours or on HIGH 5-6 hours.
