COFFEE DUNKIN COOKIES
These cookies are soft and delicious! So good with coffee and a great way to start the day. Easy to make and always a great gift during the holidays.

Steps:
- Combine shortening, sugar, egg, vanilla extract and milk. Mix well with mixer. Add flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt and continue mixing until dough looks like large crumbs. Make 1 inch balls and press down on sprayed cookie sheet with fork to flatten. (Can sprinkle with colored sugar if making for ChristmaBake in preheated 400 degree oven until bottom and edges are brown, about 12 to 15 minutes. Makes about 2 dozen cookies. Recipe can be doubled
DOUBLE DELICIOUS COOKIE BARS
From "All Time Favorite Recipes". For fun, try substituting Butterscotch or white chocolate chips for the semi-sweet and/or peanut butter chips. Make sure you cool it completely or the bottom will crumble!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In 13x9-inch baking pan, melt butter in oven.
- Sprinkle crumbs evenly over butter.
- Pour milk evenly over crumbs.
- Top with remaining ingredients; press down firmly.
- Bake 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Cool COMPLETELY, chill if desired, and cut into bars.

DUNKIN DONUTS COFFEE
I love Dunkin Donuts coffee but it's kinda of expensive to buy a medium cup of coffee at $1.50 for every cup several times a week. So I purchased a bag of the whole unground Dunkin Donuts coffee beans for $7.99 and grind them and make my coffee at home. The half and half a woman who works at Dunkin Donuts told me that's what they use to whiten the coffee. I like my coffee sweet so this is based on how my coffee taste when purchased at Dunkin Donuts I always ask for extra, extra, cream and sugar so feel free to decrease or increase the sugar amount to your taste. My future hubby and I think this taste great and taste just like I've bought it by the cup at Dunkin Donuts. Hope you enjoy it! Note: This recipe was based on making my coffee in my Black & Decker coffee maker. You may need to play with the amount if using a different coffee maker.

- Brew fresh ground coffee with 9 cups of water measured in coffee maker pot.
- Pour in 1 standard coffee cup add 3 teaspoons of sugar stir till mixed.
- Add 1-2 tablespoons half and half.
- Serve and enjoy.
EASY COFFEE SQUARES
I make these often it's a wonderful easy recipe and they are very moist! Serving size is only estimated depending on the size you cut the squares. You can even add in nuts in place of the chocolate chips or use about 6 ounces each!

Steps:
- Set oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease a large cookie sheet.
- In a bowl combine oil, sugar and eggs, beat until well combined.
- In another bowl, combine dry ingredients, except chocolate chips, then add to the oil/sugar mixture; mix well.
- Add the vanilla and coffee; mix until combined.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Spread on a cookie sheet.
- Bake for about 35 minutes or until bars tests done.
- Cool and cut into squares.
- Delicious!

Steps:
- Brew strong coffee by brewing twice the amount required by your coffee maker - Chill.
- Combine all ingredients except ice in blender and blend for 2 minutes on low to blend sugar.
- Add ice, blend on high until ice is dissolved and drink is smooth.
DELICIOUS SQUARE COOKIES RECIPE (DUNK'EM IN COFFEE)
They don't really have to be square. I pipe them myself, but the ingredients are all in multiples of 2 (square get it). You can pipe them immediately or shape the dough like a cylinder, chill it and slice it. But the piping makes for a prettier cookie.

Steps:
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Add egg and vanilla extract. Mix thoroughly.
- Mix in the dry ingredients.
- Either use a piping bag to pipe them onto an ungreased cookie sheet, or shape the dough like a log, chill it for an hour in the fridge, and cut it into 1/8 inch thin slices.
- I bake them at 300F for 18 to 20 minutes
- Remove from cookie sheet right away onto a cool surface.
