- Mix all ingredients in a microwave safe bowl. Put in microwave for 8 to 10 min stirring often until it's melted and hot. Serve with crackers or chips!

DALLAS DIP (MEXICAN CHEESE DIP)
Steps:
- Cook hamburger, onion and green pepper until hamburger is done. Drain well. Add green chilies, tomatoes, cheese and 1/2 stick margarine. Cook until all the cheese is melted. Serve with tortilla chips. I like this best when it has cooled just slightly because it thickens. I have no idea why my mom named this 'dirt dip' but it is one of my favorites. I hate black olives and still scarf this down. Every time I make it, it is gone in a flash. It looks like a salsa, and is good on tortilla chips, but doesn't tase like any salsa you've ever tried.
