DAD'S SUMMER TUNA / MAC SALAD
A great summertime side dish...my mom and I were reflecting on where in the world this recipe came from---my dad made it for me as a child, and it's so perfect, I never could face to mess with changing it! I've seen some close variations, but this is my all-time favorite!! Even my hubby who hates olives loves this!!

Steps:
- Boil pasta until slightly undercooked (should still have a slight bite to it!) Be sure to completely chill elbows before adding to mixture.
- Drain and flake tuna in bowl, add celery and sliced olives.
- Add Miracle Whip and season with Nature's Seasoning to desired taste----season carefully as olives add quite a bit of saltiness!
- Cover and chill for 45 minutes to meld flavors!
- Great with burgers, brats, any summertime favorite or with a simple friut salad as a main dish!

LEAN GREEN TUNA MAC SALAD
This is a healthy twist on a family classic. A perfect addition to any cookout or get-together! I use celery seeds because I like the faint flavor but generally despise celery (weird, I know!)

DAD'S TUNA MACARONI SALAD
My dad "Bear" used to make this when I was little. I remember he used to put peas in it ( god how I hated those ) I have since taken them out of the recipe but feel free to add them in if you so choose.

DAD'S NOT HOME TUNA CASSEROLE BY MOM
When Dad had to work at night Mom always made her famous tuna casserole for us. Certainly not the healthiest of meals but it brings back a lot of memories. Times were tough, money was tight back then. 1 can of tuna, some soup, a few vegies and some potato chips made a warm and belly filling supper for us. I still make this...
