Crockpot Express Pizza Pasta is a family friendly dinner that you can easily adjust with your own favorite pizza toppings! Serve with breadsticks and salad for a satisfying and delicious dinner.

2 cups spaghetti sauce
1 cup pizza sauce
8 oz sausage crumbles (cooked)
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 can (2.25 oz) sliced olives
20-30 pepperoni slices (divided)
1 lb pasta ((we use rigatoni))
3 1/2 cups water
8 oz mozzarella cheese (shredded)

Steps:

  • Add the first 8 ingredients to the pot (everything but the cheese.) Set aside some pepperoni slices for later. Stir together to mix well.
  • Close the lid, set the steam release valve to closed and press Steam (high pressure.) Adjust time down to 5 minutes. Press Start/Stop.
  • When cooking cycle has ended, do a quick pressure release. Stir in most of the cheese, then add the rest to the top, along with the pepperoni slices that had been set aside. Close the lid for a couple minutes to melt the cheese.
  • Open back up and press Start/Stop to turn off the Keep Warm setting. Serve with garlic bread and salad for a quick and easy meal!

1 lb rigatoni pasta, uncooked
2 26-oz jars of spaghetti sauce
1 Tbsp dried oregano or italian seasoning
1 lb hamburger, cooked
1 lb bulk italian sausage
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1-2 c mushrooms, sliced
4 c shreeded mozzarella cheese
1 c parmigiano-reggiano
sliced pepperoni for the top
other options: crispy bacon. canadian ham, pineapple, ect...

Steps:

  • 1. In large skillet, brown the ground beef & sausage. Drain excess fat. Meanwhile mix the pasta, sauce, and oregano in a large bowl until well coated. Spray inside crock pot with cooking spray.
  • 2. Cut up veggies and set aside. Layer starting with pasta mixture, then meat, layer veggies a layer at a time, cheeses. Top off with pepperoni. (it can tend to be too spicy with a lot of pepperoni.)
  • 3. Cook on low for 3 hrs or until pasta is tender.

1/2 lb sweet italian sausage
1 pkg 8 oz fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 onion diced
1 pkg 8 oz rigatoni pasta
1 pkg 16 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
1 can(s) condensed cream of tomato soup (regular sized)
28 oz pizza sauce (or two 14 oz jars)
8 oz sliced pepperoni
1 tsp garlic, minced
1 Tbsp chilli powder
1 Tbsp sugar

Steps:

  • 1. Brown the ground beef and italian sausage in a skillet over medium-high heat. Drain off grease.
  • 2. In slow cooker, alternate layers of ground beef mixture, noodles, cheese, soup, sauce and pepperoni. Cook on Low setting for 4 hours.
  • 3. No need to cook the noodles they will cook themselves
