HEAVEN IN A CROCK POT

Steps:

• Spray slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
• In a large bowl, combine brownie mix with 1/4 cup melted butter, 2 eggs, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla and a pinch of salt. Fold in chocolate chips and set aside.
• In a separate large bowl, combine chocolate chip cookie mix with remaining 1/4 cup butter, 2 eggs, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla and a pinch of salt.
• Into the slow cooker, drop alternating spoonfuls of brownie and cookie batter until all batter has been used. Cook until the mixture is set in the middle, either on high for 2 hours or on low for 5 hours. (Cooking longer at a lower temperature will result in a less gooey dessert.)
• Let cool slightly and serve with ice cream.

SLOW-COOKER HOT CHOCOLATE

Steps:

• Add the milk, cream, cocoa powder, sugar, vanilla and 1/4 teaspoon salt to a 6-quart slow cooker. Whisk until combined and the cocoa is dissolved. Stir in the chopped chocolate.
• Cover and cook on low, whisking every 30 minutes, until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is hot, about 2 hours 30 minutes.
• Ladle into mugs and top as desired with either some marshmallows or whipped cream sprinkled with crushed candy canes, or drizzled with caramel sauce.

• 1. You mix your brownie mix, 1/4 cup melted butter and 2 eggs in one bowl, mix your chocolate chip mix with 1/4 cup melted butter and 2 eggs in one bowl, spray your crock pot and then alternate your mixes in your crock pot, cook on high 2 hours. Top with ice cream!

• Spray a 4 quart crock pot with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
• In a large bowl, combine the cake mix and pudding mix.
• In a medium bowl, beat the eggs with the water, then add the sour cream and oil and beat until smooth.
• Add to the dry ingredients and beat well.
• Stir in the chocolate chips and walnuts.
• Pour into crock pot.
• Cover slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours, until top springs back when touched very lightly with finger.
