- In medium saucepan mix soup and milk. Over medium heat, heat through, stirring often. Divide vegetables among pastry shells. Spoon sauce over vegetables and pastry shells.

- In a large kettle, bring the chicken, water, 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon pepper to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 1-1/2 to 2 hours or until chicken is tender. Remove chicken from broth; cool. Remove meat from bones; cut into cubes and set aside. Discard skin and bones. Drain broth and skim fat; set aside 1 cup broth (refrigerate remaining broth for another use)., Bake pastry shells according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, saute the mushrooms, green pepper and broccoli in butter until tender; sprinkle with flour. Gradually stir in milk and reserved broth until blended. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Add the pimientos, paprika, reserved chicken and remaining salt and pepper. Cook and stir until heated through. Spoon into pastry shells.

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Bake the frozen pastry shells in the preheated oven for 10 minutes; remove and set aside.
- Reduce the oven temperature to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Whisk together the condensed soup, milk, chile pepper, Worcestershire, hot sauce, salt and pepper in a saucepan over low heat.
- Preheat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the garlic, onion, red pepper, and asparagus until tender. Stir the soup mixture in with the vegetables and spoon into the prepared pastry shells. Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool for 10 minutes before garnishing with parsley to serve.

These look really yummy! They can be added to or taken from - it is basically very easy. You can add vegetables, mushrooms, onions make them with only shrimp - there are a lot of variations. Found in "The Casual Cook" by Martha Strom, haven't made this as yet - but it sounds great.

Steps:
- Cook scallops in boiling salted water for 7-10 minutes and drain.
- Melt butter in large sauce pan.
- Add flour, salt and red pepper.
- Blend well.
- Add cream and milk stirring well and cook until thickened.
- Add paprika and worcestershire sauce.
- Blend well, cover and cook 10 minutes over medium heat.
- Add scallops(cut in smaller pieces if large) and shrimp, cook 15 minutes.
- Add crab and cook 10 minutes longer.
- Add Sherry, to taste; try 2 tablespoons to begin with.
- It makes a lot of sauce - so says the recipe.

- Bake the frozen pastry shells as instructed on the box. Each box contains six pastry shells. Using two boxes, all twelve will fit on a large baking sheet. After they are done, remove top and hollow out the inside of pastries. Set tops aside to use later as garnish.
- Slice strawberries lengthwise into medium-thin pieces. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon sugar and set aside to chill in a medium bowl.
- In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and vanilla until smooth. In a separate large mixing bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form (about 3 minutes). Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture. Set aside and chill.
- Fill each pastry with cream cheese until it just reaches the top. Spoon strawberries over top. Use the pastry tops as a garnish with a dollop of the cream cheese mixture and a strawberry slice on top.
