ONE POT CREAMY ITALIAN CHICKEN PASTA
Our creamy Italian Chicken Pasta is an easy one-pot meal that's perfect for dinner any night! Fettuccini pasta mixed with creamy Alfredo sauce and tender chicken and ready in under 30 minutes!

Steps:
- Place Alfredo sauce, chicken broth and pasta in a 12-inch skillet.
- Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally to prevent pasta from sticking to the bottom of the pan. Continue simmering until pasta is cooked through - about 15-20 minutes.
- For an extra creamy pasta, stir in cream cheese until melted and combined.
- If you would like to thin out the sauce a bit, add hot water to the pan and stir until sauce is smooth.
- Top with chicken, grated parmesan cheese and chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately.

CREAMY ITALIAN CHICKEN PASTA
This Italian Chicken Pasta is a pasta lovers dream! With a rich and creamy red sauce nestling penne pasta and tender pan seared chicken breast, it is easy to see why this is a family favorite!

- In a large skillet, on med-high heat, heat 1 tbsp olive oil until hot. Season chicken with half of the Italian Seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook 1-2 minutes on each side to sear, then cover, reduce heat to low and continue cooking until cooked through. Remove chicken from the pan and keep chicken warm.
- Add the remaining 1 tbsp olive oil to the skillet over medium high heat, garlic, and remaining Italian seasoning. Flash cook the garlic, about 1 minute, and then add crushed tomatoes.
- Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Add shredded Parmesan cheese then immediately reduce to low heat and stir continuously, until the cheese melts and the sauce is smooth and stir in the spinach giving it 2-3 minutes to wilt. Remove from heat and toss pasta with the sauce.
- Slice chicken into 1/2 inch strips and top pasta with chicken, OR cut the chicken into cubes and stir into the pasta. Garnish with additional parmesan and/or fresh basil. Enjoy!

- Cook the pasta following pack instructions. Reserve 100ml of the water and drain the pasta in a colander.
- Meanwhile, heat the oil in a frying pan on a medium heat and fry the garlic and spinach for 3 mins until wilted. Add the soft cheese and heat until melted. Stir in most of the parmesan, then add the shredded chicken, peas and some of the pasta water. Bring to the boil and bubble for 2-3 mins until the chicken and peas are completely heated through.
- Add the pasta and stir until combined. Add more pasta water to loosen the sauce, if needed. Remove from heat, sprinkle over the remaining parmesan and parsley or basil to serve.

CREAMY WHITE WINE SAUCE AND ITALIAN CHICKEN OVER PASTA
This is a super easy, ultra tasty recipe that calls for white wine, a packet of Italian dressing mix, chicken and pasta. Upon my first time making it, I already had leftover cooked chicken breast, so I made the sauce on the stovetop and let simmer for 20 minutes, chopped the chicken and added it to the sauce and served over pasta. I used 1-1/2 cups of white wine to yield a sauce that was a little more runny, but consistency is a matter of preference. I also used 2 freshly chopped roma tomatoes, rather than the sundried.

- Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Melt butter in large pot and stir in package of Italian salad dressing mix and garlic. Next stir in wine, mushroom soup and cream cheese until well-blended. Continue to heat (without boiling) mixture for about 5 minutes, sauce should be creamy and all cream cheese should be melted. Place chicken in single layer in baking dish and pour the above mixture over. Cover and cook for 50-55 minutes. Cook pasta about 15 minutes before chicken is done.
