Cranberry Sauce Jello Shots Recipe By Tasty Food

JELL-O® CRANBERRY SQUARES

Steps:

• Drain pineapple, reserving juice in 1-cup measuring cup. Add enough water to reserved juice to measure 1 cup; pour into small saucepan. Reserve drained fruit for later use.
• Bring pineapple juice to boil. Add to gelatin mixes in medium bowl; stir 3 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in cold water. Add cranberry sauce and reserved pineapple; mix well.
• Pour into 8-inch square dish sprayed with cooking spray. Refrigerate 1-1/2 to 2 hours or until gelatin is set but not firm.
• Beat cream cheese and sugar in medium bowl with mixer until blended. Add COOL WHIP; mix well. Spread over gelatin; sprinkle with nuts.
• Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.

CHERRY CRANBERRY RELISH WITH JELLO

Steps:

• Dissolve jello in hot water, right in the pan. I use a glass 8x 8", and stir completely until clear.
• Pulse the cranberries, orange segments, zest, sugar, celery and nuts several times in a food processor. Keep in mind this can be left chunky, but small. Do not over process until smooth!
• Pour mixture into liquid jello pan and stir to mix thoroughly.
• Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate. After 1 hour stir the jello to mix it up, recover and refrigerate until set. Stir thoroughly to break it up prior to serving.

Steps:

• Boil water and jello.
• Blend applesauce and cranberry and add to jello.

Steps:

• In a medium pot over medium-high heat, whisk together the water and cranberry sauce until combined. Bring to a boil, then transfer to a large bowl.
• Add the gelatin and whisk to dissolve. Add the vodka and whisk to combine.
• Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve to remove any solids.
• Divide the mixture between small cups. Cover with plastic wrap, then let set in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
• Garnish with orange twists.

DELICIOUS CRANBERRY SAUCE

Steps:

• Place the sugars, orange juice, water, and cinnamon in a heavy saucepan, and stir to dissolve the sugar. Add the cranberries and bring the mixture to a boil. Cook over medium heat until the berries pop, about 10 minutes. Mash the mixture with a spoon to pop any unpopped berries and help thicken the sauce, if desired, and reduce heat to low and simmer until the sauce is the desired thickness, up to 10 more minutes.
• Remove from the heat, pour the sauce into a bowl, and chill until serving time. Sauce will thicken as it cools.

CRANBERRY ORANGE JELL-O SHOTS

Steps:

• Pour jell-o into a large bowl. Add 1 cup boiling water and stir until gelatin is dissolved. Stir in vodka and divide between twenty 1 oz disposable plastic cups. Refrigerate until firm.
