CRANBERRY MARTINI
Make an extra batch of homemade cranberry sauce and pair it with vodka to transform it into a festive Cranberry Martini holiday cocktail.

Steps:
- Follow directions to make fresh cranberry sauce. Allow to fully cool.
- Combine cranberry sauce and vodka in large airtight container. Store in freezer for at least 3 days. Give it a good shake any time you open the freezer.
- Chill 8 martini glasses in the freezer.
- Strain the solids using a fine mesh strainer. To serve, pour the ice cold cranberry vodka into each of the 8 frozen martini glasses. If not immediately serving, store the strained liquid in the freezer until ready to serve, and give it a shake before pouring into glasses.
- If desired, spray fresh cranberries with a bit of water and then roll in sugar. Serve on a skewer over the glass.

SPANISH CRANBERRY SPARKLING MARTINI
Steps:
- Put the Cranberry Vodka in a cocktail shaker, add a splash of sherry and ice and shake for 10 seconds. Strain into a martini glass and top off with a splash of chilled Cava.
- 1 cup cranberries
- Bring the sugar and 1 cup water to a boil in a medium saucepan. Add the cranberries and orange zest and cook until the cranberries pop, about 5 minutes. Pour the cranberry syrup into a large container with a lid and add the vodka. Refrigerate for at least 2 days. Strain the vodka into a pitcher, discarding the solids.
CRANBERRY MARTINI

- Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake and serve in a chilled martini glass. Garnish with fresh cranberries skewered on a cocktail skewer.
CRANBERRY-WALNUT MARTINI

- Combine the vodka and walnut liqueur in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Thread the cranberries onto the rosemary sprig and place in the glass. Garnish with the walnut.

- Rub the rims of 2 martini glasses with a lime wedge, and then dip each rim into a saucer of red sanding sugar, rotating gently to evenly coat. Chill in freezer at least 10 minutes. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, shake vodka, cranberry juice, and vermouth until chilled, about 20 seconds. Strain into chilled glasses, and garnish with skewered fresh cranberries.

- 1. Several days ahead: Place the sugar, cranberries, 6 strips of orange zest, and 1 cup of water in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, lower the heat, and simmer for 5 minutes, until the cranberries start to pop open. Pour the vodka into a large pitcher, add the cranberry mixture, and store covered in the refrigerator for at least 2 days and up to 5 days.
- 2. When ready to serve, strain the vodka mixture, reserving the cranberries and discarding the orange zest. Stir in the cranberry juice cocktail and Triple Sec. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, add the drink mixture, shake for a full 30 seconds (it's longer than you think!), and strain into martini glasses. Rub the rim of each glass with fresh orange zest, spoon a few cranberries into each glass and serve ice cold.
