- Combine the gelatin and boiling water; stir until gelatin is dissolved. Mix in cranberry sauce and pineapple.
- Transfer to glass serving dishes. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Chill until set and serve.

- 1. In large bowl, combine gelatin and sugar. Add water and stir until gelatin and sugar are dissolved.
- 2. Stir in pineapple, cranberries, apples, celery and walnuts.
- 3. Pour into a 2qt serving bowl and chill until firm, 3-4 hours.
BING CHERRY & CRANBERRY SALAD
A nice addition to your holiday side dishes. It's also a nice summer salad served with cottage cheese on lettuce leaves. Prep time does not include chilling.

- Bring 2 1/2 cups of water to a boil in a large saucepan over high heat; remove from heat. Add gelatin, stirring 2 minutes, or until gelatin dissolves.
- Stir cola, cranberry sauce, cherries, and chopped pecans into gelatin mixture.; pour into a lightly greased 12-cup ring mold. Cover and chill 8 hours or until firm.
- Unmold congealed salad onto a serving platter.

- Mix Jell-O and gelatin thoroughly. Dissolve with boiling water. Set aside 1/2 cup of this mixture. Mix cranberry sauce into Jell-O. Drain cherries and add juice to the Jell-O. Chill until partially set. Stir in halved cherries, apples and nuts. Mix sour cream and reserved lemon Jell-O. Pour into mold alternating cranberry mixture and sour cream. Start and end with the cranberry mixture. Swirl gently with spatula. Chill.

- Combine cranberries, water, and sugar in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Cook until berries are splitting open and tender, about 10 minutes.
- While cranberries cook, pour cherry-flavored gelatin mix into a casserole dish.
- Pour cooked cranberry mixture over gelatin in the casserole dish and stir to dissolve and mix evenly. Place in the refrigerator until gelatin is set, about 1 hour.

- Using a food processor, grind cranberries, orange and peel of orange, and walnuts till coarse.
- In large mixing bowl mix together cranberries, walnuts, orange and pineapple.
- Place in refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
- Two hours before mix is chilled make cherry Jell-O according to package directions.
- Fold Jell-O into the cranberry mixture.
- Chill till dinner is ready or best chilled overnight.

- 1. Drain cherries, reserving juice. Set cherries aside. Add water to juice to measure 1 cup; transfer to a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add cherry gelatin; stir until dissolved.
- 2. Whisk in cranberry sauce until smooth. Add cherries; pour into an 11x7x2 inch dish. Refrigerate until firm.
- 3. In a bowl dissolve lemon gelatin in boiling water. In a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and mayonnaise. Gradually beat in lemon gelatin until smooth. Stir in pineapple. Refrigerate until almost set. Fold in whipped cream and marshmallows. Spoon over cherry layer. Refrigerate until firm.
