CHOCOLATE RICE KRISPIES CAKE

Steps:

• Combine honey and peanut butter in saucepan and heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
• Remove from heat and add vanilla.
• Stir in Rice Krispies, chocolate chips and peanuts.
• Press into a greased 9x12-inch pan.

RICE KRISPIE CAKES

Steps:

• Break the chocolate into squares and put in a microwavable bowl.
• Heat the chocolate until it has all melted 1 min or 45 seconds, depending on the microwave.
• Mix the Rice Krispies into the chocolate, stirring until Krispies are covered.
• Using a teaspoon spoon the mixture into cake cases.
• Top with sprinkles, or you could break up a Flake for decoration or for Easter use Mini Eggs.
• Leave to set.

CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY RICE CEREAL TREATS

Steps:

• Spray a 9-by-13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Place a cooling rack on a baking sheet.
• Heat a large saucepan or Dutch oven over low heat, then add the butter and heat until melted. Add the marshmallows and stir until just melted, then stir in the cereal, salt and 1 cup raspberries until the cereal is coated. Use the cooking spray to spray your hands or a spatula and press the marshmallow mixture into the baking dish in an even layer.
• Let set up, 15 to 20 minutes, then add the cream and chocolate to a small saucepan. Stir over low heat until the chocolate is completely melted and combined. Remove to a bowl.
• Cut the treats into 1-inch squares and place on the cooling rack. Dip one corner of each treat into the chocolate, then return to the cooling rack and sprinkle with a little of the remaining raspberries. Let the chocolate cool completely, then serve.

• Put the chocolate in a heatproof bowl with the butter and golden syrup and gently melt in 10-second bursts in the microwave, or melt it over a pan of simmering water, making sure the bowl doesn't touch the water. Stir until smooth, then take off the heat and stir in the rice pops, coating them gently with the chocolate until they are all completely covered.
• Divide the mixture between nine cupcake or 12 fairy cake paper cases - it's easier if you slide these into a muffin tin as it will help them hold their shape. Leave to set. If you want them to set faster, put in the fridge for 1 hr.
• Drizzle with a little melted chocolate and decorate with sweets, dried fruit or nuts while they are still wet enough to stick them on. Will keep in an airtight container for five days.

Steps:

• Break the candy bars into bits and drop them into a saucepan. Add the butter and melt, over lowish heat, stirring frequently with a rubber spatula. When everything is melted (the nougat-like layer takes the longest to go), tip in the cereal and turn them, with your rubber spatula, in the chocolate mixture until they are all pretty well coated.
• Fill the mini muffin papers with the mixture and put in the refrigerator, on a small sheet pan or tray, for at least 1 hour.

• Put the margarine, sugar and syrup in a saucepan and heat gently until it has all melted and mixed together.
• Remove from the heat and add the cocoa powder. Mix inches.
• Add the Rice Krispies and mix well to coat evenly.

• Spray three 6-inch round cake pans with nonstick spray, line with parchment paper and coat paper with nonstick cooking spray. Place 3 cups rice krispies in a large bowl. Place 3 remaining cups rice krispies in a separate large bowl and stir in jello powder. Place cocoa krispies in a third large bowl and stir in cocoa powder.
• In a large pot, melt butter over medium low heat. Stir in marshmallows until melted and smooth. Working with one at a time, divide melted marshmallows into the three bowls, stirring to coat cereals completely, then transfer to prepared cake pans. Press gently to make even cakes and let set for at least 1 hour.
• To assemble cakes, place the chocolate rice krispie cake on a plate or cake stand. Spread half of the buttercream frosting evenly over, then top with the white cake layer. Spread remaining buttercream frosting over and top with the strawberry krispie cake round.
• Place chocolate chips is a medium bowl. In a small saucepan, heat heavy cream over medium high heat until small bubbles for around the edges and the cream is steaming. Pour over the chocolate and whisk to combine until smooth.

• Over a medium heat melt the butter in a large saucepan
• When the butter has melted add the large marshmallows to the saucepan
• Melt the marshmallows until smooth and silky. Stir regularly
• In a large mixing bowl pour the rice crispy cereal
• Add the marshmallow mixture and stir
• Tip into a foil baking tray
• Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a saucepan of boiling water
• When melted drizzle the chocolate generously all over the cake and place in the fridge to cool
