OVEN CRISP CHICKEN WINGS
This is a very tasty way to make wings. You can dip them in your favorite sauce when baked or they are yummy as-is. Recipe from CD Kitchen on the Internet.

Steps:
- Cut wings at joints.
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Be sure wings are thawed and dry them well with paper towels.
- Combine flour, paprika, garlic salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper in a plastic bag.
- Shake to mix ingredients and add wings.
- Line a large baking sheet with Release foil and melt the butter on it. ( Makes for easy clean up.).
- Add wings to pan and turn to coat.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Turn wings over and bake for 15 more minutes or until crispy and done.

CHICKEN WINGS FROM FROZEN
Cooking chicken wings from frozen is a quick way to get dinner ready without the hassle and time of defrosting them.Note: This recipe was retested and updated in December 2021 for more accurate timing and temperature.

Steps:
- On a parchment-lined baking sheet, arrange wings in a single layer. Brush wings with oil; sprinkle with salt.
- Set oven temperature to 425°F. Immediately place pan in oven, do not wait for oven to preheat.
- Bake for 50 minutes or until an instant read thermometer registers 160°F. when inserted into the thickest part of the wing.
- Remove pan from oven; let stand 5 minutes.
- Toss wings in barbecue or buffalo sauce and serve.

NINJA FOODI FROZEN WINGS RECIPE
Chicken wings go from frozen to fabulous when you cook them in an air fryer. We use the Ninja Foodi grill to make amazing chicken wings from frozen in under an hour.

Steps:
- Place frozen wings in your air fry basket
- Begin cooking the wings at 390F
- Cook for 10 minutes and flip wings
- Cook for another 10 minutes and flip
- Cook for another 10 minutes and check for doneness with a thermometer
- If the wings are cooked to a safe internal temperature they are now safe to eat. However, I prefer my wings seasoned and a bit crispy. If you enjoy your wings like mine follow the next few steps
- Remove the wings and place them in a large bowl
- Coat the wings with the oil
- Add the seasoning and stir to evenly distribute
- Return the wings to the air fryer and cook an additional 10 minutes or until they achieve your desired crispness.

- Pour 1/2 cup of water on the bottom of your cooking base and then add your air fryer basket. Place your frozen pieces into the basket. One on top of the other. Put your pressure cooker top onto the Ninja Foodie and close the top.
- Set the pressure cooker to HI and the timer for 5 minutes. Once complete, release steam and open up the pressure cooker top.
- Grab a paper towel and dab the chicken to try to get some of the moisture off all of the pieces. Some people say you don't have to do this, but it literally takes 5 seconds. I added a video to show you how I do this. I use my tongs to make sure I don't get too close to the basket.
- For the rest of the recipe, we will air fry. Lightly spray your chicken wing pieces with some cooking spray. Some people use olive oil spray... but to be honest with you - I didn't have a misto sprayer on hand! I need to buy one now!
