Chicken Hoagie Roll Delight Food

HOMEMADE HOAGIE ROLLS

Steps:

• In a large stand mixer, combine milk, yeast, sugar, salt, butter, egg and 3 cups flour. Knead on low until a smooth dough ball forms, adding more flour ¼ cup at a time to achieve desired texture. Your dough should be tacky, but not sticky.
• Transfer dough to a lightly greased mixing bowl, cover with a towel, and let rise until double in size, about 1 hour.
• Roll dough into a large rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick, and 24 inches wide. Cut the dough into 4 strips, about 6 inches wide on each.
• Roll strip up. Continue rolling gently until ends and seams are pinched together (otherwise it'll unroll in the baking process).
• Put rolls on a lightly greased jelly baking sheets. Let rise about 30 minutes.
• Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake rolls for 12-15 minutes until lightly browned.

CHICKEN DELIGHT

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
• Rinse chicken breasts and pat dry. Place them in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish. In a bowl, mix together sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, garlic powder, and white pepper. Spread mixture over chicken, then sprinkle all with cracker crumbs.
• Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour.

"CHICKEN HOAGIE ROLL DELIGHT!"

Steps:

• 1. Place Frozen Prepackaged grilled chicken on Microwave safe plate (1/4 of a cup). Heat until thawed. Approximately 2min. Depending on your Microwave.
• 2. While heating chicken place, sliced Hoagie rolls in Toaster until browned.
• 3. After Hoagie rolls are browned place on a microwave safe plate.
• 4. Spread 2 Tbs. of Refried beans on each Hoagie roll
• 5. Add Pre heated Grilled chicken, on top of Re-fried beans
• 6. Pinch Pre Shredded Cheese (Your Favorite) on top of Chicken.
• 7. Place Microwave safe plate of "Hoagie Roll delight" in Microwave and heat until cheese has melted. Approximately 60sec. Depending on your Microwave
• 8. Eat indulge and enjoy.

CHICKEN HOAGIE

Steps:

• Heat oil in skillet, add onions, peppers & mushrooms. Continue to stir occasionally. Until they are browned and onions start to carmelize.
• While they are cooking, place chicken in a nonstick skillet and stir in italian dressing, cook on medium/high heat. Continue to stir as needed, until chicken is cooked throughly.
• Pre-heat oven to 400°F.
• Place hoagie buns open on a cookie sheet. Top each bun with 1/4 of chicken and 2oz of provolone.
• Bake in oven for about 5 minutes, just until cheese is melted.
• Top each with pepper mixture, lettuce, tomato and mayo if desired.
