- Spread about 3 tablespoons each of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the 5 tortillas, leaving a 1 inch border on all sides.

Another recipe idea for my grandson Chase! There are allot of possiblities for this recipe; ham, smoked salmon, corn beef, different kinds of cheeses, let your imagination be your guide! Hey, kicked up a notch with jalapeno and a little salsa, they'd make great appetizers. No reason you can't freeze these too! Recipe comes from Pillsbury!

Steps:
- Lay a large piece of plastic wrap on your counter (I pressed two long sheets together at the edges to create a single larger sheet). Unfold the first sheet of puff pastry in the center of the plastic, then roll it into a 10x12-inch rectangle. Spread with 1 1/2 tablespoons mustard, leaving a 1/2-inch border on all sides. Lay 6 ham slices on top, overlapping as needed. Sprinkle with 1 cup cheese.
- Starting at the long (12-inch) edge, roll the puff pastry into a log. Trim the ends so that they are even, then tightly wrap the log with the plastic wrap. Place in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Repeat with the second sheet of puff pastry and remaining mustard, ham, and cheese. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.
- Once the log has chilled, using a sharp, serrated knife, carefully cut each log into 1/2-inch-wide slices. (If each log is 12 inches, you will get 24 rolls from each one). Arrange the rolls 1 inch apart on the prepared baking sheets. Bake until the puff pastry is light golden brown and the cheese is hot and bubbly, about 18 minutes. Immediately sprinkle with chopped thyme, parsley, or chives as desired. Let cool slightly. Serve warm or at room temperature.

CHICKEN HAM PINWHEELS
A recipe I got from a Better Homes and Gardens Magazine from way back in December, 1969. It sure has been tried and true many, many times for our family get togethers. It is very different, not really hard to make and the questions come flying at you. What is this? It looks like it's bread with meat rolled up in it? How did...

Steps:
- 1. Place chicken breasts skinned side down on cutting board; pound to 1/4 inch thickness.
- 2. In a small custard cup, combine basil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Sprinkle on chicken. Place 3 slices of ham on each chicken breast to cover; roll up carefully lengthwise with ham inside (as snuggly as you can).
- 3. Spray 9 X 13 inch pan with cooking spray and gently place chicken rolls in pan. Drizzle with lemon juice, sprinkle with a light sprinkly of garlic powder and paprika. I use a little more lemon juice than the recipe calls for so there is a little more that gets under the chicken roll.
- 4. Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes or until chicken is tender and lightly golden brown. Cool. Cover and place in refrigerator overnight. Cut into 1/4 inch slices. Makes about 24 slices.
- 5. Usually I double this recipe as it goes quickly and I make it the day before I'm going to serve it so the flavors blend together well.
- 6. Enjoy !!!

- In a small bowl, combine together mayonnaise and mustard. Start with 1 1/2 tablespoons mustard and add more, as desired.
- Spread 1/3 of mayo/mustard mixture on 1 flour tortilla, almost to edges. Lay 2-3 chicken slices in a row, in the middle of the tortilla, going from left to right. Top chicken with 2-3 ham slices and top the ham with 2 slices of Swiss cheese. Roll up tortilla as tightly as possible (but without tearing tortilla), starting from the bottom and rolling up to the top. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
- If time allows, wrap the rolled tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate for several hours before cutting. If time doesn’t allow, skip the wrapping and refrigeration.
- Cut rolled tortilla in half and then cut each half into rounds/pinwheels, approximately 1 1/2″ wide. With discarding the ends, you should end up with about 6 pinwheels.
