1 Romaine Heart
6 oz. Fully Cooked Roasted Chicken Breast
Info 2 Large Flour Tortillas
3 oz. BBQ Sauce
Info 2 oz. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Info 1 oz. Crispy Fried Onions

Steps:

  • Cooking Guidelines To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures: Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) | Seafood 145° F | Chicken 165° F | Ground Beef 160° F | Ground Turkey 165° F | Ground Pork 160° F 1 Make the Wrap Thoroughly rinse produce and pat dry.Coarsely chop or tear romaine lettuce.Microwave roasted chicken until warmed, 1-2 minutes.Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave until warmed, 1-2 minutes. If tortillas come folded, keep folded.Place tortillas on a clean work surface. Slather with BBQ sauce, then add cheese, roasted chicken, romaine, and crispy fried onions. Fold sides of tortilla toward center, then roll bottom edge toward the top, enclosing sides tightly. Bon appétit!

1 cup sour cream
1 cup chunky salsa
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
4 cups cubed cooked chicken
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup thinly sliced fresh mushrooms
2 cups shredded lettuce
1 cup guacamole, optional
12 flour tortillas (6 inches), room temperature
Tomato wedges and additional guacamole, optional

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the sour cream, salsa and mayonnaise. Stir in chicken, cheese and mushrooms. , Divide lettuce and guacamole if desired between tortillas. Place about 1/2 cup chicken mixture on each tortilla. Fold sides over the filling. Garnish with tomato and additional guacamole if desired.

  • Lay a wrap flat on a cutting board and sprinkle 1.5 oz of cheese down the center, leaving space at each end to fold over. Top the cheese with 2 oz of the cooked chicken, half of the cinnamon apples, and one slice of bacon. Fold the short ends on either side over the filling, and then fold one of the long edges (parallel to the contents) over the filling and continue to roll until completely wrapped. Repeat these steps with the remaining ingredients.
  • Mist a large skillet or grill pan with cooking spray and bring over med-low heat. When the pan it hot, add the wraps seam side down and cook for 3-4 minutes until the underside is golden. Flip the wraps over and cook for another 2-3 minutes or until both sides are golden and the contents are heated through. Cut in half and serve warm.
