CHEESY FRANKS

Steps:

• Cook wieners as directed on package.
• Meanwhile, combine VELVEETA and milk in saucepan; cook on low heat 8 to 10 min. or until VELVEETA is completely melted and sauce is well blended, stirring frequently.
• Fill buns with wieners; top with VELVEETA sauce and onions.

EASY CHEESY FRANKS & BEANS

Steps:

• Bring ingredients to boil in saucepan on medium-high heat.
• Simmer on medium-low heat 10 min., stirring occasionally.

EASY CHEESY HOT DOGS

Steps:

• Half the hotdogs so that the two halves remain attached to each other along the whole length of the hotdog.
• Cut the cheese into sticks or cubes and fill the hotdogs with it.
• Put in the oven and heat (medium to high heat) until cheese melts and take out before the hotdogs start getting brown.

SMOKY CHEESE FRIES

Steps:

• Bake waffle fries to package directions. Heat butter in a small pot over medium heat and whisk in flour. Cook the flour a minute then add the tomato paste. Cook paste a minute then whisk in milk. When sauce bubbles, stir the cheese and chipotles into it. Season the sauce with salt, to taste.
• Remove fries from oven when crisp and golden brown. Spoon the thick cheese sauce over waffle fries and serve.

CHEESY FRIES

Steps:

• Bake 4 cups curly fries as the label directs. Meanwhile, make the cheese sauce: Melt 1 stick butter in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Sprinkle in 1/4 cup flour and whisk until smooth, 2 minutes. Gradually whisk in 1 cup milk and a pinch of nutmeg; whisk until smooth, 3 minutes. Add 8 ounces cubed Velveeta cheese and whisk until melted, about 5 minutes. Whisk in 1/4 cup lager beer or chicken broth, 1 teaspoon hot sauce and 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt. Add the fries and toss.

CHEESE FRENCHY - KINGS FOOD HOST

Steps:

• Spread mayonnaise on bread, and use 2 slices of American Cheese each.
• Cut sandwiches into triangles, cut off crust.
• Combine egg, milk, flour and salt. Dip the triangle sandwiches into egg mixture.
• Coat with corn flake crumbs.
• Deep Fry in oil at 375 degrees until golden.
