1/2 cup corn flake crumbs
1/4 cup chopped green pepper

Steps:

  • Put cauliflower in saucepan, add 1 cup water, cover and cook on med for 8 minutes.
  • Drain.
  • Mix cauliflower with sour cream, cheddar cheese, crumbs, pepper, onions, and salt.
  • Put in greased 2qt casserole.
  • Sprinkle with parmesan.
  • Bake, uncovered at 325* for 30 minutes.

6 slices bacon, cut 1/2-inch thick
2 medium heads cauliflower, cut into bite-size florets (3 to 4 pounds total)
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
6 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
2 cups shredded Cheddar
4 scallions, white and light green parts only, thinly sliced
2/3 cup sour cream

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  • Cook the bacon in a medium nonstick skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until brown and crispy, 6 to 7 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate. Reserve 2 tablespoons of the bacon drippings.
  • Put the cauliflower florets in a 3-quart casserole dish. Toss with the reserved 2 tablespoons bacon drippings, 3/4 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Roast until the florets are soft and begin to brown, about 30 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, mix together the cream cheese and 1 cup of the Cheddar in a medium bowl until well combined. Dollop over the cauliflower, then sprinkle with the remaining 1 cup Cheddar and bake until the cauliflower is tender when poked with a knife and the Cheddar is melted and bubbly, 5 to 7 minutes more.
  • Dollop the sour cream evenly over the casserole and sprinkle with the scallions and reserved bacon pieces.

½ cup butter, melted
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
⅔ cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1 pinch salt
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Bring 2 inches of water to a boil in a medium saucepan. Add cauliflower, cover, and cook for about 10 minutes. Drain, and place in a 2 quart casserole dish.
  • In a small bowl mix together butter, Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, salt, and red pepper flakes. Sprinkle mixture over cauliflower, and top with Cheddar cheese.

1/3 cup flour
4 cups hot milk
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Steps:

  • Separate cauliflower into small florets and steam over boiling water for about 10 minutes.
  • Place cauliflower in an 8" square baking dish.
  • Melt butter over medium heat in a saucepan, then stir in flour for about 1 minute.
  • Gradually whisk in milk and simmer, whisking until thick for about 8 minutes.
  • Add cheddar cheese, dry mustard, salt and pepper until cheese is melted.

Steps:

2/3 cup Sour cream
1/4 cup Heavy cream
2 cloves Garlic ((minced))

6 tbsp Bacon bits ((cooked, divided))
1/4 cup Green onions ((chopped, divided))

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (232 degrees C).
  • In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with butter. Season with sea salt and black pepper.
  • Transfer the cauliflower to a small 1.5 quart (1.4 L) casserole dish in a single layer. (Line the pan unless it's glass or stoneware. If there's too much cauliflower to fit in a single layer, roast on a larger baking sheet instead.) Roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes, until crisp-tender.
  • Meanwhile, in the same bowl, whisk together the sour cream and heavy cream, until smooth. Stir in the minced garlic, half of the cheddar cheese, half of the bacon bits, and half of the green onions. If desired, season sauce with sea salt and black pepper. 1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup crushed corn flakes
1 small red bell pepper, seeded and chopped (about 1/2 cup)
1 small green bell pepper, seeded and chopped (about 1/2 cup)
1 teaspoon salt (or to taste, I use seasoned salt)

1/4 cup butter ((55 grams))
1/4 cup all purpose flour ((33 grams))
1-2 pinches salt*
1-2 dashes pepper
1-2 stems fresh thyme or parsley (chopped)
2 1/2 cups milk ((600 grams))
3-4 tablespoons freshly grated parmesan cheese ((20-28 grams))

Steps:

  • Pre-heat the oven to 350F (180C).
  • Cook the cauliflower for about 3-5 minutes or al dente either by boiling in a large pot of water or vapour. Drain well, for approximately 10 minutes.
  • While cauliflower is draining, in a medium / large pot add the butter and melt, then whisk in the flour, salt, pepper and thyme.
  • Then slowly add the milk, stirring constantly, bring to a boil and boil for approximately 2-3 minutes until thickened.
  • Place 2-3 tablespoons of white sauce on the bottom of the 8 inch baking dish. Add the drained cauliflower and cover with remaining white sauce. Then sprinkle with the parmesan cheese. 1 large bunch of kale, either curly kale or dinosaur kale
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 cup quinoa, rinsed and drained
1 medium sized head of cauliflower cut into bite-sized florets
8 ounces shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup whole milk
2 teaspoons dijon mustard (such as Grey Poupon)
1 teaspoon coarse salt plus more, to taste
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper plus more, to taste
1 teaspoon onion powder, optional

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375ºF. Pull the kale leaves off the thick stems and tear them into bite sized pieces, rinse leaves, spin or pat dry (they don't have to be completely dry) and spread kale leaves out on a large rimmed baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil over kale and use your hand to massage the oil into the leaves. Roast kale in the center of the oven for 15-20 minutes, tossing after ten minutes, until tender and crisp on the edges. Set aside.
  • While the kale is roasting, put the quinoa in a large saucepan (large enough to hold all the cauliflower too) and add cold water so the pot is about 2/3 of the way filled. Turn the heat to high. Once boiling, turn the heat down to a gentle boil and set the timer for 7 minutes. When the timer goes off, add the cauliflower florets and once again turn the heat to high. Set the timer again for 7 minutes. Drain the quinoa and cauliflower and transfer to a large mixing bowl. Add roasted kale and toss. Add most of the cheese, setting aside a handful to sprinkle on top. Add the milk, mustard, 1 teaspoon of salt or to taste, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper or to taste, and onion powder, if using. Toss well to combine.
  • Turn the oven down to 350ºF. Transfer the mixture to a 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake in upper third of the oven for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and crisp in spots. If you like the top to be extra crisp and brown, turn on the broiler for a minute or two, watching carefully to prevent burning.
  • Serve hot.

2 heads cauliflower
2 eggs
16 ounces cottage cheese
8 ounces of shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup of chopped scallion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup fresh breadcrumb
1 tablespoon olive oil

Steps:

  • Boil one pound of noodles (pasta) according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  • Chop two heads of cauliflower into florets.
  • Boil the cauliflower for ten minutes. Drain and set aside.
  • Mix together two eggs, one pound of cottage cheese, 8 ounces of shredded cheddar cheese, 1/4 cup of chopped scallions, and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
  • Combine the noodles, cauliflower, and egg mix.
  • Grease a large flat glass baking dish, pour the mix into it.
