Ingredients

2 -3 lbs fresh chicken wings, cut and tips removed
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Steps:

Heat olive oil, soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, paprika, cumin, salt and cayenne pepper until disolved.
Cool. Pour over wings and marinate at least 2 hours, turning once or twice.
Bake at 375 with marinade for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours. You can broil for one minute at the end to crisp the skin but watch carefully, they can burn easily.

Really quick and easy, but delicious way to do your Chicken wings! Don't forget to wait until the wings are done before brushing with the sauce, or your wings will burn. Recipe originally by Russell Gwatney and Rick Dalton. Prep and Cook time does not include the time to get the grill ready.

Ingredients

2 cups barbecue sauce, mustard based such as Cattleman's Gold Sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 (6 ounce) can crushed pineapple
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground ginger
jerk seasoning, season to your taste, as spicy as you like it
18 chicken wings

Steps:

Preheat the grill to medium high.
Prepare the sauce by combining all ingredients except wings and jerk seasoning together in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook until heated through.
Rub jerk seasoning into the chicken wings. Grill for 10 to 12 minutes or until cooked through.
Brush generously with sauce and enjoy!

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Line two baking sheets with foil, then coat with nonstick cooking spray.
Toss the chicken wings with the salt and pepper and spread on the baking sheets in a single layer.
In the meantime, make the glaze: Put all the ingredients for the glaze in a medium pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer and cook until thickened, stirring occasionally, about 10 minutes. Take off the heat, reserving about 1/4 cup for basting.
