BUTTERSCOTCH MARTINIS

Steps:

• Fill a shaker three-fourths full with ice. Add the creme de cacao, vodka and schnapps., Cover and shake until condensation forms on outside of shaker, 10-15 seconds. Divide chocolate chips between 2 chilled cocktail glasses; strain butterscotch mixture over chips. If desired, garnish with butterscotch candies.

CARMEL APPLE MARTINI

Steps:

• Combine vodka, schnapps, and crushed ice in a shaker. Shake vigorously to chill. Pour into martini glass, garnish with dried apple, and serve.

BUTTERSCOTCH MARTINI RECIPE

Steps:

• Combine Butterscotch Schnapps and Vanilla Vodka in a shaker half filled with ice cubes. Strain into a Cocktail glass.
• Finally, just enjoy your drink!

MIKE'S BUTTERSCOTCH MARTINI

Steps:

• Add ice, vanilla vodka, and butterscotch schnapps to a cocktail shaker.
• Shake well for 4 seconds.
• Strain and pour into a martini glass.

BUTTER MARTINI

Steps:

• In a cocktail shaker with ice cubes, add 1 part pineapple juice, 1 part vanilla vodka, splash of Chambord and a splash of butterscotch Schnapps.
• Shake and pour into martini glass.

BUTTERSCOTCH BUDINO

Steps:

• Combine brown sugar, salt, and water in a deep, heavy-bottomed saucepan and place over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil; cook until the caramel is very dark, and bubbles appear, 7 to 10 minutes. Immediately turn off heat.
• Carefully whisk in 2 tablespoons butter; pour in heavy cream and continue to stir. Be careful, as the mixture may boil up in the pan. Stir over medium-low heat until sugar dissolves. Whisk in milk.
• Whisk whole egg, egg yolks, and 2 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon cornstarch together in a mixing bowl. Slowly whisk in 1 cup of the hot cream mixture to temper the egg mixture. Whisk the egg mixture into the saucepan and increase heat to medium-high. Bring to a simmer, and cook, whisking, until the mixture thickens, about 2 minutes.
• Remove from heat and pour into a fine-mesh strainer set over a bowl to remove any lumps. Whisk in rum.
• Pour into serving glasses. Let cool to room temperature, about 20 minutes, before wrapping in plastic wrap and refrigerating until thoroughly chilled, 3 to 4 hours.

Steps:

• Blend with ice in a martini shaker.
• Serve in a chilled glass.

BUTTERSCOTCH MARTINI

Steps:

• In each of 2 chilled martini glasses, drizzle 1 tablespoon caramel topping. In cocktail shaker filled with ice, place cognac and butterscotch-flavored liqueur; shake to blend. Pour into glasses, straining out ice.
• Drizzle 1 tablespoon white chocolate liqueur into each glass. Garnish with cookie straws. Serve immediately.
