Steps:
- 1. Spread 2 cups pretzel stick, 2 cups Rice Chex and 1 bag white popcorn on cookie sheet.
- 2. Pour melted white melting candies over mixture and stir to coat. Then sprinkle on your spring sprinkles. Do not mix after sprinkling or you will coat the sprinkles.
- 3. Once the mix is set, add M&M's and then package for neighbors, for a party or in individual treat bags.

- In a heat-safe bowl, add the chocolate chips and melt in the microwave for 30 seconds on 50% power. Stir and repeat until the chips are completely melted.
- In a large bowl add the Chex, pretzel sticks, and M&Ms. Pour the melted white chocolate over the top of the Chex mixture and carefully stir everything until coated.
- Spread the mixture out over a long strip of parchment paper and add sprinkle with shredded coconut and sprinkles. Let it cool and harden for about 1 hour. Break apart and store in an air-tight container up to 5 days {but I promise it won't last that long}.

- COMBINE: In a very large bowl combine the Chex, pretzels, Cap'n Crunch, cheerios, and M&M's together.
- MELT WHITE CHOCOLATE: In a medium-sized bowl add the white chocolate chips and vegetable oil. Microwave for 30 seconds, stir, and microwave for another 25 seconds. Stir until melted and smooth. If needed, return to the microwave for a little longer. (Bursts of 10 seconds stirring for 10 seconds in between each burst).
- MIX SNACK MIX: Pour the melted white chocolate over the snack mix, using a spatula to scrape all the melted chocolate into the mix. Working quickly, gently stir until cereal mix is well coated in the white chocolate and then transfer to the prepared baking sheet and spread into one even layer.
