Buffalo Chicken And Bacon Dip Food

BUFFALO CHICKEN AND BACON DIP

Steps:

• Cook your bacon until nice and crispy. Set bacon aside to drain. Pour out all but 1 tbsp of the bacon fat.
• In the microwave melt butter with hot sauce. Stir until combined. Set aside.
• Heat pan you cooked bacon in to medium and add cooked chicken. Stir chicken to get some of that yummy bacon fat on and warm it through. Pour in about half of the buffalo sauce and stir. Remove from heat and set aside.
• Preheat oven to 350.
• In a medium size bowl mix cream cheese, Greek yogurt, 2/3 of the bacon, cheddar cheese and cooked chicken. Add the remainder of the buffalo sauce and mix well.
• Scoop into an oven proof bowl and bake for about 20 minutes or until cheese is bubbling.
• Sprinkle on remaining bacon, green onion and cilantro.
• Serve with a mixture of chips, crackers or fresh vegetables.

BACON BUFFALO CHICKEN DIP

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350°. In a large skillet, cook chicken over medium heat until no longer pink, 5-7 minutes, breaking into crumbles; drain. Transfer chicken to a large bowl; stir in sour cream, 1 cup cheddar cheese, 1 cup blue cheese, wing sauce, butter and pepper., Transfer chicken mixture to a greased 8-in. square baking dish. Top with remaining cheeses and crushed chips. Bake until cheese is melted, 10-12 minutes. Top with green onions and bacon. Serve with celery sticks and chips.

BUFFALO CHICKEN-AND-ARTICHOKE DIP

Steps:

• Mix cream cheese, artichoke hearts, Cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, sour cream, hot sauce, and bacon bits together in a saucepan over medium heat; cook, stirring frequently, until cheeses are melted, 5 to 10 minutes. Add chicken to cream cheese mixture and cook until heated through, about 5 more minutes.

CROWD PLEASING BUFFALO CHICKEN DIP

Steps:

• In a 13x9 baking pan, combine the shredded chicken with the entire bottle of hot sauce, spreading to make an even layer.
• In a saucepan, combine the cream cheese and ranch dressing over medium heat until smooth.
• Pour the cream cheese/ranch mixture evenly over the chicken. Sprinkle with the celery and then cheese.
• Bake uncovered at 350* for 30-40 minutes until bubbly, making sure that the top does not brown.
• Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
• Serve hot or warmed with tortilla chips, Fritos and celery!
