BUBBA'S BEER BISCUITS

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 400 °F. Mix all ingredients well, adjusting the sugar according to how sweet a biscuit you prefer. Pour into well-greased muffin tins. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve with honey butter. Makes about 12 to 16 biscuits.

• In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well, adding sugar up to 1/2 cup to your own preference.
• Pour batter into the muffin tin.
• Bake at 400 degrees F for 15 to 20 minutes until golden.

BEER BISCUITS

Steps:

• Large bowl; sift flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
• Cut in butter.
• Add beer.
• Mix lightly with fork until ball forms Turn dough onto generously floured surface.
• Knead gently 5-6 times.
• Roll dough out and cut with biscuit cutter. Place biscuits 1 in apart on ungreased baking sheet. Bake until tops are brown (15-18 minutes) at 425°F.
