Make hearty nachos vegetarian-friendly by topping tortilla chips with ground veggie crumbles and traditional nacho fixings.

1 cup frozen BOCA Veggie Ground Crumbles
1/4 cup TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa
14 no-salt-added tortilla chips (2 oz.)
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Mexican Style 2% Milk Finely Shredded Four Cheese
1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
1 Tbsp. chopped jalapeño peppers

Steps:

  • Cook crumbles and salsa in nonstick skillet on medium heat 5 min. or until crumbles are cooked through (160ºF), stirring occasionally.
  • Place chips on plate; top with crumbles mixture and remaining ingredients.

1 g (12 oz.) frozen BOCA Veggie Ground Crumbles
1 g tomato, chopped
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1 tsp. crushed red pepper
3/4 cup shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350ºF. Spread tortilla wedges onto baking sheet; spray with cooking spray. Bake 5 min. or until lightly browned. Cool.
  • Meanwhile, cook all remaining ingredients except cheese in nonstick skillet on medium heat 10 min. or until heated through (160ºF), stirring occasionally.
  • Arrange chips on 6 plates; top with crumbles mixture and cheese.

6 (6 inch) flour tortillas, each cut into 8 wedges
1 (12 ounce) package frozen Boca meatless ground burger
1 cup chopped tomato
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
3/4 cup shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • PREHEAT oven to 350°F Spread tortilla wedges onto baking sheet; spray with cooking spray. Bake 5 minute or until lightly browned. Set aside to cool.
  • MEANWHILE, mix ground burger, tomatoes, onion, garlic, oregano and crushed red pepper in nonstick skillet; cook on medium heat 5 minute or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  • ARRANGE 8 of the chips on each of 6 serving plates; top with 1/2 cup of the ground burger mixture and 2 tablespoons of the cheese.
  • -----You can also add your favorite toppings such as vegetarian refried beans, sour cream, avocado and olives.
