ITALIAN PASTA SALAD

Steps:

• Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water until package directions for al dente. Drain well and cool.
• Add the artichoke hearts, mozzarella, pepperoni, tomatoes, pepperoncini and basil to a large bowl. Stir in the pasta.
• Whisk together the garlic, red wine vinegar, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Toss the dressing with the pasta.

Steps:

• Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain, and rinse with cold water to cool.
• Stir together chicken, celery, onion, and mayonnaise; fold in cold pasts, and season to taste with salt and pepper. Place in refrigerator, and let rest for at least an hour before serving.

Steps:

• 1. Peel, slice, and dice the potatoes. 2. Fill a large pot with cool water, then add in the potatoes. 3. Place the pot of potatoes over high heat and cook until they're fork-tender. Once done strain the water and set aside to chill.4. Meanwhile, add eggs to a small pot and cover with cool water by 1 inch. 5. Place the pot of eggs over high heat, let them cook for 20 mins. Once done, strain the water and set aside to chill. 6. Once the eggs have chilled, peel the shell under running water, then chop them into small pieces.7. Chop the onions, peppers, and celery into small pieces.8. Get a big mixing bowl, add in the mayo, miracle whip, relish, mustard, sugar, and seasonings, then whisk everything in well. 9. Steps:

• Cook pasta according to package directions.
• Melt butter and olive oil over medium heat, then add onions, garlic, and capers.
• Break up the onions with a spoon as you saute them and cook until softened and slightly browned.
• Sprinkle the flour over the top and stir constantly for 1 minute.
• Slowly add the half & half while stirring to combine.
• Let it come to a boil, stirring occasionally.
• Turn the heat to low and add the cheese, stirring until completely melted.
• Add the tomato paste and olives and stir to combine.
• Add red pepper flakes, basil, and parsley.
• Add salt and pepper to taste.
• Pour the sauce over the pasta and toss to coat.
• Serve with parmesan cheese if desired and enjoy!
