1 pound ground beef
2 tubes (12 ounces each) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
1 package (3-1/2 ounces) sliced pepperoni
1 can (4 ounces) mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1 can (15 ounces) pizza sauce
1 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat 6-8 minutes or until no longer pink, breaking into crumbles. Meanwhile, cut biscuits into quarters; place in a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Drain beef; sprinkle over biscuits. , Layer with pepperoni, mushrooms, pizza sauce, green pepper and onion. Bake, uncovered, 15 minutes. Sprinkle with cheeses. Bake 15-20 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Let stand 5-10 minutes before serving.

5 cups frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cheddar cheese soup, undiluted
1 large egg, lightly beaten
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 pounds ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can (4 ounces) mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1 can (15 ounces) pizza sauce
4 cups shredded pizza cheese blend, divided

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, soup, egg, salt and pepper. Spread mixture into a greased 15x10x1-in. baking pan. Bake at 400° for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned., Meanwhile, in a large skillet over medium heat, cook the beef, onion and mushrooms until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in pizza sauce; keep warm. , Sprinkle 2 cups cheese over hot crust. Spread mixture over the top; sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 5-10 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.

1 large onion, chopped
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh minced garlic
salt or seasoning salt and pepper
3 -4 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
1 lb pepperoni, divided
1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
4 cups pasta sauce
3 -4 cups rigatoni pasta (cooked to firm-tender and drained, do not overcook the pasta)
4 cups mozzarella cheese, divided

Steps:

  • Grease a 13x9-inch baking dish.
  • Cook the gound beef in a medium skillet with the onions, green peppers, garlic, salt pepper until meat is browned and veggies are tender; drain fat, and mix in the Parmesan cheese.
  • Stir in the 1/2-pound pepperoni (chop this pepperoni to add to the mixture, leave the remaining half pound pepperoni sliced), mushrooms, pasta sauce; stir well until combined; simmer for 20-25 minutes on top of stove.
  • Set oven to 350 degrees.
  • Place the cooked rigatoni pasta on the bottom of the greased baking dish.
  • Sprinkle with 2 cups mozzarella cheese over the pasta.
  • Layer with pepperoni slices evenly over the cheese.
  • Top with the ground beef/pasta sauce mixture.
  • Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
  • Remove from oven, sprinkle with the remaining 2 cups mozzarella cheese.
  • Return to oven and bake for 10 minutes longer, or until bubbly.
  • Let stand for 10-15 minutes before serving.

1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced

Steps:

  • Cook noodles according to package directions.

1 (26 ounce) jar tomato and basil pasta sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
14 inches prepared pizza crust
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Cook first 3 ingredients and 3 teaspoons Italian seasoning in a large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring until beef crumbles and is no longer pink. Drain well, and return to skillet.
  • Add 1/4 cup flour, stirring until blended. Stir in pasta sauce. Bring mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish. Sprinkle evenly with 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese.

2 cups uncooked egg noodles
1/2 lb lean ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 green bell pepper, chopped
4 ounces canned mushrooms
1 cup sliced pepperoni
16 ounces pizza sauce
4 tablespoons milk
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Cook noodles as directed.
  • Brown the ground beef in sauce pan over medium heat. Add onion and cook until translucent about 5-7 minutes. Add garlic and green bell pepper and cook for 4 minutes longer. Drain any excess fat from pan and add the cooked noodles, pepperroni, mushrooms, pizza sauce and milk. Mix well to combine well and the sauce has covered everything.
  • Pour mixture into a casserole dish and cover with cheese. Cook for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool 5 minutes before serving.

1 medium yellow onion, finely chopped
1 green bell pepper, finely chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 lbs lean ground beef
1 teaspoon salt
1 (16 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce (such as Ragu Old World)
1 (10 ounce) jar pizza sauce (such as Ragu)
8 ounces fresh white mushrooms
1 tablespoon butter
4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 lb sliced pepperoni

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Cook penne pasta until just tender; drain well.
  • Spray a deep 9X13 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Press penne pasta into the prepared baking dish and set aside to cool.
  • In a large frying pan, cook onion, green bell pepper and garlic in olive oil until veggies are soft.
