  • Mix first 3 ingredients and then add the water and beat until it forms peaks.
  • Add vanilla.

2 large egg whites, unbeaten
1 1/2 c granulated sugar
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 c rolling boiling water

Steps:

  • 1. In you small mixer bowl combine all ingredients. Beat at high speed till stiff peaks form about 8-10 minutes. Do not cover cake after frosting. Just like regular boiled frosting.
