BACON 'TATER BREAKFAST QUICHE
A tasty twist on a bacon and egg casserole with a fun surprise - tater tots!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Line pie shell with cooked tater tots.
- Evenly spread chopped bacon over tater tots. Add chopped scallions. Top with shredded cheese; set aside.
- Whisk together cream, eggs, nutmeg and pepper. Pour mixture into pie shell to cover all ingredients, waiting a moment to give liquid a chance to soak down. (There may be a few tablespoons of liquid left over; discard.)
- Bake for about 55 minutes.

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Place potato nuggets in a large microwave-safe bowl. Heat in the microwave until thawed, 1 to 2 minutes. Add butter and salt; mash together until potato nuggets are crumbled. Press evenly into a glass pie dish to make crust.
- Bake crust in the preheated oven until golden brown, 20 to 25 minutes.
- Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Combine Cheddar cheese, ham, Parmesan cheese, and flour in a bowl.
- Beat 4 eggs in a bowl until smooth. Add milk, onion, green bell pepper, salt, onion powder, and garlic powder. Stir into Cheddar cheese mixture until combined. Pour over crust.
- Bake in the preheated oven until set and golden, about 45 minutes. Let cool before slicing, 10 to 15 minutes.

- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Add the tater tots to a 10-inch (25 cm) springform pan. Use a flat-bottomed measuring cup to flatten the tots against the sides and bottom of the pan, creating a ½-inch (1 cm) thick tater tot crust.
- Spread the shredded cheese evenly over the bottom of the crust.
- Arrange cheddar slices along the walls and base, overlapping slightly.
- Bake for 30 minutes, or until the crust is lightly golden brown.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, pepper, paprika, bacon, and milk.
