8 ounces of warm water
2 tablespoons of organic raw apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons of organic raw honey

Steps:

1. Shake the apple cider vinegar to mix up the unfiltered part that settles at the bottom. 2. Add 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to 8 ounces of warm water. 3. Add 2 tablespoons of raw honey to the mixture. 4. Stir the mixture until the honey dissolves. 5. Drink each morning or any time throughout the day.

Great to top a salad made with fresh baby greens, apples, candied toasted walnuts and a soft mild cheese. This recipe is a combo of a bunch of recipes - this one works the best for the above ingredients for my taste. I use unfiltered apple cider vinegar and fresh honey from the bee keeper from the farmers market but you can use any cider vinegar and honey that you have on hand.

Drizzle olive oil into blender until combined.
