APPLE CHEDDAR BACON PIZZA RECIPE

Steps:
- Place a baking stone or sheet in the oven and preheat oven to 450°.
- Shape your dough on a piece of floured parchment paper.
- Spread your barbecue sauce on the crust. Top with a little cheese, then layer on the apples and bacon.
- Top with the remaining cheese. Slide the pizza onto the heated stone and bake for 10 to 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and lightly browned, and the crust is lightly browned.

CANADIAN BACON, SWEET ONION, AND APPLE PIZZA

- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Lightly spray 1 baking sheet with olive oil cooking spray; set aside.
- Press dough into a rectangle on a floured surface. Cut into quarters and place on prepared baking sheet with floured fingers. Top with apple butter, cheese, onion, apple, and Canadian bacon. Bake in oven 12 to 17 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
- Slice and serve.

- Roll pastry to fit a greased 12-in. pizza pan; flute edges. Bake at 400° for 10 minutes. , Arrange apples in a single layer in a circular pattern to completely cover pastry. Sprinkle with cheese. Combine brown sugar, walnuts, cinnamon and nutmeg; sprinkle over cheese. , Cut butter into small pieces and dot top of pizza. Bake for 20 minutes longer or until apples are tender. Cut into wedges; serve warm.

- Preheat the oven to 500°F (if using a baking sheet) or as high as it will go (if using a baking stone/steel; place the stone/steel in the oven before you start preheating).
- Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until it renders its fat and just begins to brown at the edges. (Be careful not to let it get crispy. Remember: It will continue cooking in the oven!) Remove the skillet from the heat and use a slotted spoon to transfer the bacon to a paper towel–lined plate to drain. Reserve the bacon grease in the skillet.
- Stretch or roll out your dough to a 12-inch circle, then transfer it to an oiled baking sheet or a floured pizza peel (if using a baking stone/steel).
- Brush the dough lightly with some of the reserved bacon grease. Arrange the apple slices on top in a single layer (pretty pattern optional), then scatter the bacon over top, followed by the cheese.
