- Boil potatoes until fork tender. Remove from water and cool. When cool, add the rest of the ingredients and mix together.
MUSTARD POTATO SALAD RECIPE
Steps:
- Prepare hard-boiled eggs using the desired method, peel, and set aside to cool.
- Wash potatoes and quarter.
- Bring a pot of water to a boil with a little bit of salt. Boil potatoes until very tender.
- Combine mayo, mustard, diced dill pickles, apple cider vinegar, sugar, celery seed, salt, and pepper.
- Mash potatoes with five of the hard-boiled eggs. Mix in dressing.
- Refrigerate and serve cold. Top with a sliced hard-boiled egg.

- Cut up the potatoes and boil them. When they've got about five minutes left, stick the eggs in the pot as well. They should be hard-boiled.
- Mix the mustard with the mayo and set it aside.
- When the potatoes and eggs are done, mash five of the potatoes and add the mayo mixture. Cut the other three potatoes into small pieces and add as well. Remove boiled eggs from shells and cut into slices. Add to salad.
- Chop the celery and apple into bite-sized pieces and add, with peas, to salad. Stir it all together, sprinkle paprika on top, and enjoy!

- Preheat oven to 400˚F (200˚C).
- In a measuring cup, add the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, mustard, salt, pepper, and cinnamon and whisk to combine.
- Place sweet potatoes and chicken breast on a parchment paper-lined sheet tray and season with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Bake until chicken is cooked through and sweet potatoes are tender, 15-18 minutes.
- Slice the chicken breast.
- Toss the sweet potatoes and sliced chicken with the sliced apples, feta, and walnuts and drizzle with vinaigrette.

- Boil the potatoes in salted water for 10-12 minutes or until just tender.
- Drain and mix gently in a large bowl with the sliced red onion.
- Season to taste and cool slightly.
- Add your desired oil and vinegar dressing to potatoes and refrigerate for one hour or until chilled.
- Meanwhile, chop the apple and mix with the lemon juice.
- Mix into the potato along with the sausage and gherkins.
- Beat the mayonnaise, mustard, sour cream and just enough milk to make a dressing the consistency of cream.
- Stir this carefully into the salad, spoon into a serving dish and sprinkle with the chopped herbs.
- It is best served only lightly chilled so remove it a good half an hour before serving.
- Note: Dessert apples (or baking apples depending on your part of the country) include the varieties Rome, Jonagold, Granny Smith, Pippin, Gala, Braeburn, Northern Spy, Gravenstein, Rhode Island Greening, York Imperial, Cortland, Winesap. If you don't care for any of those, you could also use Golden Delicious, Empire, Red Delicious, Fuji, Criterion or Pink Lady.
