Appetizer Hamburger Cheese Dip Great For Parties Food

CHEESY HAMBURGER DIP

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 375°F.
• Brown ground beef, onion and garlic over medium heat until no pink remains. Drain any fat.
• Combine cream cheese, sour cream, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, smoke paprika, dill pickle juice and Dijon mustard with a hand mixer until fluffy.
• Fold ground beef, 1 ½ cups Cabot Seriously Sharp Cheddar Cheese and half of the bacon.
• Spread into a 9" pie plate or casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese and bacon. Bake 18-21 minutes or until melted and bubbly. Broil if desired.

HAMBURGER DIP RECIPE

Steps:

• Cook and season beef, drain and keep in pan.
• Pour salsa in a blender and mix until smooth (this is an optional step, skip if you like the chunks)
• Put salsa, Rotel and Velveeta cheese in the skillet and stir until incorporated, melted and heated through. Serve immediately or place in warm crock pot for any function.

CHEESY HAMBURGER DIP

Steps:

• Brown ground beef in a large skillet with onion. Drain well.
• Mix in Rotel, Cheddar Cheese soup and Velveeta and cook over low heat until velveeta is melted.
• Stir in Chili Powder and Garlic Powder.
• Season with salt and pepper to taste.
• Serve warm with tortilla chips.
• Enjoy!
• (Can be kept in a slow cooker using warm setting.).

HOT HAMBURGER DIP

Steps:

• 1. Saute beef until browned. Drain drippings. Add onion and cook until tender. Add remaining ingredients and stir over low heat until the cheese melts. Keep warm and serve with corn chips or other chips. (remember, it may not look too appetizing, but trust me, it tastes delicious)
