1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp unsweetened almond butter ((or nut butter of choice or use seed butter for nut-free))
2 tbsp vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 cup unsweetened almond milk ((or milk of choice))

Steps:

  • Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender. Blend on high until well smooth. Serve immediately.

1/2 cup vanilla protein powder (NOT mrp)
1/4 cup oat flour
1 tablespoon flax seed oil (or ground flax seed)
2 teaspoons Crystal Light powdered drink mix (any flavor)
3 ice cubes

Steps:

  • Add milk to blender. add protein powder and blend on medium for 15 seconds.
  • Add remaining ingredients and mix on high for 30 seconds.
  • Pour in tall glass and serve!
