PINEAPPLE CHICKEN MARINADE
This is the best marinade! It is super simple and lots of flavor. We usually let it set overnight. I have also used this for whole chickens, cornish game hens and pork. I have added a little fresh garlic for an added flavor. ENJOY!

ANNAPOLIS MARINATED PINEAPPLE
If you enjoy pineapple as much as I, this recipe is just right for you! Taken from "Of Tide & Thyme", Jr. League, Annapolis MD, 2001. Make sure orange rind is from untreated orange, i. e. no pesticides. You can use this dish either as an appetizer or as a dessert. You have to also use 2 pineapples, cut up into bite-sized chunks but the 'zaar has never heard of pineapples!!
