NAWLINS-STYLE STUFFED BELL PEPPERS
This spicy filling is perfect for stuffed peppers. I cheat and use Zatarains Dirty Rice Mix, works well with any Dirty Rice recipe.

Steps:
- Brown ground beef with garlic, onions and celery.
- Prepare Dirty Rice.
- Add beef mixture to Dirty Rice and simmer for 25 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let sit 5 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Prepare peppers by coring, removing seeds and cuting off tops (level the bottoms of any uneven so that they stand upright on their bottoms).
- Beat egg with Frank's Red Hot sauce and add 1 cup cheese to egg mixture.
- Add egg mixture to dirty rice/beef mixture.
- Stuff each pepper to the top with meat and rice mixture, and place in glass baking dish.
- Cover loosely with Alumnium Foil.
- Cook in oven for 25 minutes.
- Remove from oven, uncover and top each pepper with remaining cheese. Bake uncovered for an additional 10 minutes.
- When finished, remove from oven and let sit 5 mins before serving.

Steps:
- Brown ground beef with onion and garlic till meat no longer pink, then drain off fat.
- Add celery, green pepper and spices, saute till vegetables are heated through.
- Combine all ingredients in a crock pot or large stock pot.
- Simmer on very low heat for 8-12 hours, stir every 1-2 hours.
- Serve with a crisp salad and cornbread or crusty rolls.

- Heat oil in skillet, brown beef on all sides. Add the garlic and continue to cook for 2 minutes. Add onion, peppers and broth; cover and simmer 20 minutes. , Combine water and cornstarch; stir into broth. Cook and stir until gravy is thick and shiny. Add seasonings. Serve over hot cooked rice.

FLAVORFUL BEEF, PEPPERS, AND ONIONS WITH WHITE RICE
This recipe is so tasty! I came up with it one night when i was already defrosting beef chop meat for meatballs, and i changed my mind for something different. Goes great with white rice, but feel free to use brown. My fiance loves this dish and it's very easy to make.

Steps:
- Heat small amount of olive oil in pan on medium heat.
- Put ground beef,garlic powder,chopped green bell peppers, salt, whole sazon packet, tomato sauce and onions in pan.
- Stir all ingredients together in pan.
- Cook on medium heat for 25 minutes or until beef is cooked thoroughly and most of liquid is evaporated.
- Remove from heat.
- Serve with white rice and any favorite side dish.

Steps:
- Mix together all of the meat ball ingredients together then form into 1' meatballs.
- Place all meat balls onto a lightly greased baking sheet in an oven heated to 425 degrees for about 10 to 15 minutes. Watch them closely so they don't overcook and dry out.
- chop the remaining bell peppers into 1' pieces.
- In a large skillet, add the olive oil and sauté the remaining bell peppers until just slightly tender.
- Add the onion powder, Black pepper.
- Add the beef stock.
- Add the cooked meatballs. Simmer on low for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Mix the corn starch with the water then add while stirring the meatballs and peppers. Once this is thickened remove from heat.
- Serve over cooked rice.

- Cut the beef steak into thin strips and coat with mixture of 1 tablespoon each cornstarch and soy sauce.
- Cut onion, green and red bell peppers into chunks.
- Heat 4 tablespoons oil in wok or large skillet over high heat. Add beef and stir-fry 1 minute; remove beef from skillet.
- Heat 2 tablespoons oil in same pan. Add vegetables and stir-fry 2 minutes.
