ALL PURPOSE MARINADE
This all-purpose marinade recipe is so easy to make using just 5 ingredients and tastes absolutely scrumptious on basically everything, from grilled chicken to burgers to veggies.

Steps:
- Combine all ingredients in a jar and shake to mix well.
- Marinate meat in the mixture for 30 minutes or more. After marinating, discard used marinade. You can marinate any meat, including pork, chicken, and beef. Also works great with grilled, baked, or steamed vegetables. Store unused marinade in the refrigerator.
- For this baked chicken recipe, I just covered my dish with foil and left it in the marinade, baking it at 350 for 30 minutes, or until done in the center. But don't forget that this marinade is great for grilling, too!

BEST STEAK MARINADE IN EXISTENCE
This is a family recipe that has been developed only over the last 5 years. In this short time it's made me famous in our close circle, but until now I've never shared it with anyone.

Steps:
- Place the soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, basil, parsley, and pepper in a blender. Add hot pepper sauce and garlic, if desired. Blend on high speed for 30 seconds until thoroughly mixed.
- Pour marinade over desired type of meat. Cover, and refrigerate for up to 8 hours. Cook meat as desired.

ALL PURPOSE HAWAIIAN MARINADE
I originally concocted this recipe for a party I hostessed. I used it on chicken thighs and legs, but since then, I've tried it beef and pork, as well. I also think it would be awesome on tuna steaks or shrimp! I've also used Pineapple Coconut Juice and it's EXCELLENT. Enough for 3 lbs meat of choice.

- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together. Allow meat to marinate in zip top baggies for 12 to 48 hours.
- Remove meat from bags and pour marinade into sauce pan. Bring to boil over medium high heat and for 10 minutes.
- Baste meat with marinade in between flips on the grill.
