AIR FRYER SALMON FOR ONE
Did you know an air fryer can do more than just crisp and lend a healthier version of fried food? I decided to cook salmon in mine, and was amazed by the results! Serve with vegetables and rice pilaf if desired.

Steps:
- Preheat the air fryer to 370 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, season salmon fillet with salt, Greek seasoning, pepper, and dill.
- Line the inner basket of the air fryer with a perforated parchment round. Place salmon onto the parchment, skin side down.
- Air fry salmon until salmon is cooked through, about 15 minutes.

AIR FRYER SWEET CHILI SALMON
This recipe has been a staple in the Tila house for years. Sweet chili sauce is a quick way to perk up plain salmon and asparagus. The sauce is the perfect balance of sweet, salt, spicy and tangy, and it's naturally gluten free, to boot. I prefer brands made in Thailand. To make this a complete meal, serve it with brown rice or quinoa.

- Preheat your air fryer to 375 to 390 degrees F on the fan setting, if available.
- Place your salmon and asparagus in a large bowl. Sprinkle with the seasoned salt and pepper and toss to coat well. Pour in 1/2 cup of the sweet chili sauce (reserve the rest for glazing) and stir to coat well.
- Arrange the salmon and asparagus in the air fryer so that nothing touches.
- Air fry the salmon and asparagus for 6 to 10 minutes, or until they're browned on top and cooked through in the center.
- Transfer the salmon and asparagus to a serving vessel and pour the reserved 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce over the top. Garnish with the scallions and serve with brown rice or quinoa.
GINGER AND SOY SALMON FILLETS WITH BROCCOLI
The perfect one-pot meal: Salmon is brushed with a simple glaze and cooked to perfection atop broccoli florets. And thanks to the air fryer, it's ready in a snap, with no fishy smell.

- Toss the broccoli with 1 tablespoon of the oil in a bowl until coated. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer the broccoli to a 3.5-quart air fryer.
- Stir together the soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, cornstarch and ginger in a small bowl. Brush the salmon fillets on all sides with the remaining 1 tablespoon oil, then with the sauce. Arrange the salmon flesh-side down on top of the broccoli.
- Cook at 375 degrees F until the broccoli is tender and the salmon is cooked through, 10 to 12 minutes for medium to well done, depending on the thickness of your fillets. Transfer to serving plates, sprinkle with the scallion slices and serve with rice.

- Combine the salt, pepper, mixed herbs and garlic granules, if using, in a bowl, then scatter onto a plate. Rub each salmon fillet with a little olive oil and roll in the seasoning to coat.
- Put in the air fryer basket in one layer and cook at 180C for 8-10 mins, until cooked through. If you have larger salmon fillets they will need to be cooked for longer - keep checking after 10 mins and cook in 1-2 min blasts, until ready. Serve with greens and quinoa or rice, if you like.

- To make the glaze, combine miso, honey, garlic and ginger in a small bowl and whisk well; set aside.
- Set the air fryer to 350 degrees F and spray the inner basket of the air fryer with nonstick cooking spray.
- Place salmon in the basket and cook for 6 to 8 minutes.
- Pause the machine, spread the miso glaze over the salmon.
- Add the Brussels sprouts to the basket, spreading them around the salmon; season with salt.
- Continue to cook for an additional 5 to 7 minutes or until salmon is cooked through and Brussels sprouts are slightly tender.
