- Blend the fruits, vodka, triple sec and gin in a blender until smooth. Add the grenadine, port, wine, pineapple and orange juice, and blend until just combined.
- Divide into 4 high-ball glasses over ice and top with lemonade.

SOUTH AFRICAN MANGO ROOIBOS MINT PUNCH

- Make rooibos tea the night before the party by soaking 4-5 tea bags in 32 oz. of warm water. Refrigerate overnight.
- The day of the party, discard tea bags and combine the rest of the ingredients in a punch bowl or pitcher. Serve over ice and garnish each drink with a mint leaf.
TROPICAL FRUIT PUNCH
This is a sweet and refreshing punch. My kids love it. Recipe by Angela Shelf Medearis. Note: We prefer no pulp, so I used Crystal Light lemonade and no pulp orange juice. I found the guava juice in cans in the ethnic aisle at the grocery store and the pineapple and papaya juices in the juice aisle.

- Dissolve sugar in hot water and cool.
- Add all other ingredients, stir well to incorporate, and freeze in a big bowl.
- Other fruit can be added to the bananas and pineapples such as pears, peaches, strawberries, and/or kiwi.
- Spoon frozen mixture into a glass and add Sprite, 7-Up, or Ginger Ale.

HIBISCUS PUNCH
This bright beverage, inspired by Caribbean sorrel drink and Mexican agua de Jamaica, is made by steeping hibiscus flowers to extract flavor - and color. It is then lightly sweetened and served chilled, like iced tea. Add cinnamon, ginger and allspice if you wish. It makes a great ruby-colored cocktail mixer as well.

- Bring 2 quarts water to a boil in a medium stainless-steel pot.
- Add hibiscus flowers, and cinnamon, ginger and allspice berries, if using. Turn off heat and steep for at least 30 minutes.
- Strain mixture into a pitcher or bowl and cool to room temperature. Sweeten to taste. Serve chilled over ice, with lime wedges.
