Ingredients

1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons 2% milk
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
1/2 teaspoon dill weed
1/2 teaspoon minced chives
1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon pepper
12 hard-boiled large eggs
Minced fresh parsley and additional paprika

Steps:

In a small bowl, combine the first 10 ingredients. Cut eggs lengthwise in half; remove yolks and set whites aside. In another bowl, mash yolks; add to mayonnaise mixture, mixing well. Spoon or pipe filling into egg whites. Sprinkle with parsley and additional paprika. Refrigerate until serving.

8 hard boiled eggs (peeled and halved)
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp dill pickle juice
1/2 tsp yellow mustard ((or dijon), or to taste)
pinch of salt (or to taste)
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp garlic powder
2 baby dill pickles (very finely diced)
1/8 tsp paprika (to garnish)
3 oz bacon (4 strips) (chopped and browned, for topping)

Steps:

Cut peeled eggs in half lengthwise and place them on a serving platter. Remove yolks with a spoon and place them in a medium mixing bowl.
Mash yolks to a fine crumb with a fork. Add 1/4 cup mayo, 2 tsp pickle juice, 1/2 tsp mustard, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp black pepper and 1/8 tsp garlic powder and mash together until creamy.
Mix in finely diced pickles. Add more seasonings to taste if needed.
Spoon a generous teaspoon of the egg mixture into each egg half. Garnish the top with a generous sprinkle of paprika and big pinch of browned bacon bits.

6 eggs (hardboiled)
2 slices smoked salmon (julienned)
1 piece nori (Sushi paper, julienned)
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon cajun seasoning
1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Steps:

cut eggs in half and remove egg yokes into a bowl.
mix egg jokes with seasonings, mayonaise and mustard.
spoon 2 tsp in each egg white half.
sprinkle smoked salmon on top.
top off with nori.

15 jumbo eggs
¾ cup cooked and chopped bacon, divided
⅓ cup minced onion
3 tablespoons dill pickle relish
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 teaspoons prepared yellow mustard
2 teaspoons bacon drippings
1 pinch salt and ground black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika

Steps:

Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil; remove from heat and let eggs stand in hot water for 15 minutes. Remove eggs from hot water. Cool under cold running water; peel eggs. Slice each egg in half lengthwise. Place yolks in a small bowl.
Mix 1/2 cup bacon, onion, dill pickle relish, mayonnaise, mustard, and bacon grease with the egg yolks using a fork; keep the yolks chunky. Stir in salt and black pepper.
Scoop yolk mixture into 24 of the egg white halves. Sprinkle paprika and remaining 1/4 cup bacon on top.

Add apple cider vinegar to cold water in large pot. Stir, then add eggs and bring to a boil. Boil for 1-2 minutes, cover, then remove from heat and let sit covered for 11 minutes.
Remove from ice bath and dry the eggs. Gently crack the boiled eggs and remove the shells. Rinse the peeled eggs off just in case there are any lingering shells.
Slice the hard boiled eggs in half lengthwise. Remove the egg yolks and add to a bowl. After you have removed all egg yolks, set sliced egg whites aside.
