1 cup almond milk or fruit juice (we like apple or orange juice, but you could really try any!)
1 tablespoon honey (if using almond milk)
1/2 cup plain yogurt (if using juice)
1 banana
1 large handful spinach
1 cup frozen strawberries (blueberries, pineapple, or mango)

Steps:

  • Place ingredients into blender in order listed.
  • Blend until smooth and serve!

This is a great smoothie consisting of fruit, fruit juice and ice. I like to use whatever fresh fruits I crave that day. Any kind of berry, mangos, papayas, kiwi fruit, et cetera make a great smoothie. Experiment with your favorites!

1 banana, broken into chunks
2 peaches
1 cup orange-peach-mango juice
2 cups ice

Steps:

  • In a blender, combine strawberries, banana and peaches. Blend until fruit is pureed. Blend in the juice. Add ice and blend to desired consistency. Pour into glasses and serve.

1/3-1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/3-1/2 cup frozen blackberrie
1/4-1/2 cup frozen spinach, large pieces broken up
1/2 cup pineapple chunks in juice (tidbits or crushed pineapple would work just as well, if not better)

Steps:

  • Throw everything in the blender and puree until smooth. You might need to add additional pineapple juice or a tiny bit of water if you like to use a straw! I usually use a spoon to eat mine.
