Steps:

  • Place pretzels on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
  • Place one unwrapped Rolo caramel chocolate candy on each pretzel.
  • Bake candies for 3 minutes. Remove from oven and place M&M's on top of Rolo candy. Gently press down, to fill the pretzel with melted candy. Let the pretzels cool until they are set and ready to be removed from parchment.

30 Rolo chocolates
30 small pretzels (not sticks, but the flat, figure-8 shaped kind)
30 pecans or 30 walnuts, toasted

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Unwrap your Rolos. Place the pretzels on a baking sheet and top each one with a Rolo candy.
  • Bake in oven for 3-5 minutes, until the chocolate just begins to melt. The Rolo should be soft but not completely melted.
  • Remove from oven, place on cooling rack and immediately squish the chocolate with a nut. Watch the caramel ooze out. YUM.

15 Rolos
1/2 c. peanut butter, divided
1 tbsp. powdered sugar
2 c. chocolate chips, melted
1 tbsp. coconut oil

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350° and line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place half of the pretzels on a baking sheet and top with Rolos. Bake until Rolos are slightly melty, 2 to 3 minutes.
  • While the pretzels are baking, mix 1/4 cup peanut butter with the powdered sugar in a medium bowl. Spread the peanut butter mixture on one side of the other half of the pretzels.
  • When the pretzels and Rolos come out of the oven, place the peanut butter pretzels on top of them, peanut butter side down. Place in the freezer to harden for 10 minutes.
  • In a medium bowl, mix the melted chocolate with the coconut oil. Dip the chilled pretzels into the chocolate mixture. Return to the freezer for 5 minutes to set.
  • Microwave the remaining peanut butter on high for 5 seconds. Place in a Ziploc bag and cut off a small corner. Drizzle the hardened pretzel bites with peanut butter and serve.

50 pieces rollo candies
50 pieces whole pecans or 50 pieces walnuts

Steps:

  • Place pretzel pieces on a baking sheet.
  • Top with one Rollo candy.
  • Place in a warm (250 degrees) oven to just let the Rollo candy melt on top of the pretzel to hold it in place.
  • Remove from oven and place a pecan piece on top.
  • Let cool and harden.
