Pampered Chef Taco Soup Food

TACO SOUP (OAMC)

Steps:

• Brown the meat with the onions in an 8-qrt stockpot.
• When cooked all the way through, add remaining ingredients and cook over medium heat for 30 minutes.
• Eat now if you are not freezing it. Top with grated cheese, sour cream, tortilla chips, etc.
• If freezing, let cool completely and pour into freezer bags. First mark the bags with "Taco Soup, Reheat to Serve" and the date.
• I usually let the bag partially thaw, enough to get it out of the bag and then heat over low until warmed through.

PAMPERED CHEF TACO SOUP

Steps:

• brown 1 pound ground beef
• add
• 1 can whole kernal corn (drained)
• 1 can Rotel Tomatoe (drained)
• 1 can chili beans in sauce
• 1 can Tomatoe soup
• 1 package taco seasoning

QUICK TORTILLA SOUP-PAMPERED CHEF

Steps:

• In large pot, cook onion, jalapeno, taco seasoning & garlic over med. heat 2-3 minutes or until crisp-tender.
• Add chicken broth, salsa & lime juice. Cover & bring to a boil; reduce heat to a simmer. Stir in chicken and cilantro.
• Ladle into bowls & top with your choice of additional toppings which could include: broken tortilla chips, diced avocado, sour cream, diced tomato.

DUGGAR FAMILY TACO SOUP

Steps:

• Brown the ground turkey, seasoned as you like (salt, pepper, onion).
• Stir in the chilis, seasoning mix, ranch dressing mix, hominy, tomatoes, beans, and 5 cups of water.
• Bring to a boil. Simmer for 30 minutes.
• To serve, put crushed tortilla chips in bottom of bowl. Add soup, then top with grated cheddar cheese and sour cream. Yum!
