625 g Pack Frozen Mini Corn On The Cob
Salt & Pepper
1 Tsp Light I Can't Believe It's Not Butter
Microwave
Ziploc Bags

Steps:

Place your frozen corn into a Ziploc bag.
Add butter and seasoning.
Add one tablespoon of water and then seal the Ziploc bag and make sure it is free of air.
Give it a good shake and make sure the water, seasoning and butter is well mixed around the corn.
Place in the microwave, making sure that has remained sealed as you don't want the butter leaking out or it failing to steam.
Then microwave for 9 minutes or until piping hot.
Then add corn holders and serve.

1 ear corn, husked and cleaned

Steps:

Wet a paper towel, and wring out. Wrap the ear of corn in the moist towel, and place on a dinner plate. Cook in the microwave for 5 minutes. Carefully remove paper towel, and enjoy!
