Chicken breast, swiss cheese, cream of chicken soup, a box of stuffing, chicken broth and butter make one of the BEST recipes in our crock pot rotation! The chicken is so tender and shreds easily to mix into the flavorful stuffing and gravy.

Steps:
- Line crock or use non-stick cooking spray; I use a 6 quart slow cooker.
- Lay chicken in crock in a single layer. Place at least one slice of cheese on each piece of chicken.
- Mix cream of chicken soup and chicken broth and pour evenly over chicken.
- Sprinkle stuffing over soup layer.
- Pour melted butter over stuffing.
- Cover and cook on low for 3.5 to 5 hours until a digital meat thermometer inserted in the center of the chicken reads 165°F.

- Gather the ingredients.
- If using potatoes, wash, peel, and slice. Reserve.
- Season chicken breast with salt and pepper.
- Add olive oil to a pan and once hot, brown chicken breast for 4 minutes on each side. Reserve chicken and pan juices.
- Line your crockpot and butter sides and bottom or spray with nonstick cooking spray.
- If you're using potatoes, place at the bottom of the crockpot and sprinkle with salt and pepper. This extra layer will add moisture to the dish and give you a full meal in just one pot.
- Arrange chicken breasts in the bottom of the pot and pour in any juices from pan.
- Top chicken breast with cheese slices.
- Spoon cream of mushroom soup over cheese.
- Sprinkle stuffing crumbs over soup layer.
- Melt butter on stovetop or microwave.
- Drizzle butter on chicken and soup preparation.

- Spray the inside of your crock pot (or casserole dish, if baking in the oven).
- Lay the chicken out flat in the bottom of the dish.
- Cover with the cheese.
- Mix the soup and the milk together and pour over the top of the cheese.
- Dump the box of stuffing over the top, and drizzle butter over it.
- For the Crock Pot cook on high for 4 hours. The last 1/2 an hour turn the lid sideways, so that some of the stream can escape. You don't want your stuffing to be too soggy.
